As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base along with maintaining and developing the relationships with our clients and consolidating our presence on the local market.

• Develop and implement sales activities (incl. cold calls and regular sales visits) and hit the sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory;
• Sign up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and provide them with extended training of our system;
• Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new and existing partners;
• Account management of an assigned portfolio of partners, including the first level of support;
• Follow-up with existing partners to provide system training and identify the ways to improve the cooperation;
• Prepare, execute and manage the commercial deals with the partners, including the execution of required document flow and technical setup;
• Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including the payment flow;
• Spend approximately 40% of your working time on business trips, including meetings with clients, industry events, and other business-related events;
• Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
• Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems; 
• Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.

Key Qualifications

• Relevant Experience. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry, with a focus on business development and account management of B2B companies;
• Market Knowledge. In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• Language knowledge. Fluent in Japanese and English;
• Travel Requirements. Up to 40% of travel time may be required;
• Analytical Skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;

The Role

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for leading the strategic expansion of Velotic’s partner network across the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR by recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with System Integrators, Operational Technology consultants, resellers, and automation partners who serve the manufacturing vertical. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder co-selling engagements and ensure partners are positioned to successfully deploy and sell Velotic’s industrial software platform.

This is a highly strategic role for channel professionals who understand industrial environments, thrive in ecosystem complexity, and excel at building durable partner and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Ecosystem Development

• Recruit, onboard, and strategically manage a portfolio of specialized Resellers, System Integrators, Engineering Firms, and Automation partners serving the manufacturing vertical.
• Develop and execute multi-year partner account plans aligned to Velotic’s platform strategy and channel growth objectives.
• Identify and activate partners positioned to drive expansion across connectivity, MES/MOM, analytics, and application enablement use cases.
• Engage with regional and global Channel Partner leaders and teams to align on priorities, pipeline, and execution.

Co-Selling & Technical Alignment

• Work alongside partners to architect solutions that address specific shop-floor challenges, including OEE optimization, predictive maintenance, automation and control, and supply chain traceability.
• Help partners navigate OT/IT convergence, including integration of Velotic’s software with existing hardware (PLCs, Sensors) and enterprise systems (ERP).
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder co-selling engagements involving Plant Managers, CTOs, and Procurement across long sales cycles.
• Coordinate with global systems integrators, OEMs, and field sales teams to deliver differentiated, outcome-oriented solutions.

Partner Program Execution & Compliance

• Support and drive the execution of the Velotic Partner Program, ensuring partners meet certification, compliance, and performance standards.
• Ensure partners are technically certified to deploy and support the Velotic platform, maintaining high implementation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Commercial management to review and address performance red flags, assign remediation actions, and ensure adherence to policy requirements.
• Provide partners with guidance, training, and educational programs to deepen their understanding of Velotic’s platform, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain ongoing monitoring of Channel Partners’ activities, risks, and compliance posture within the assigned region.
• Organize and lead industry-specific events, including manufacturing trade shows (e.g., IMTS, Hannover Messe) and regional partner enablement sessions.

Pipeline & Performance Management

• Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified partner-sourced pipeline aligned to annual ARR targets.
• Roll up channel results into metrics that analyze trends, risks, and gaps; establish KPIs for partner compliance processes and monitor progress.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and deal inspection using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM.
• Maintain disciplined channel hygiene and data-driven partner performance management.
• Understand business organization structures, internal policies and procedures, and relevant industry regulations to support compliant and effective channel execution.

Overview of the role

Euromonitor International has an established client base in Japan across different industries. The Corporate Sales team is split into 3 key areas, New Business, Growth, and Key Accounts. The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical and unique role at Growth and/or Key accounts. Managing a territory of existing clients in the consumer products industry space, AMs are personally responsible for securing renewals, growing revenues and embedding Passport (product) and Euromonitor.

We seek client relationships where Passport is regarded as a must-have strategic tool (therefore ensuring renewal) and we should be increasing revenues from a growing base of contacts and a better understanding of client organization, strategy and priorities. AMs are expected to expand the value of our current partnerships by further entrenching our data and analysis with current and new users. 

By understanding why clients use and need our information, the AM will be able to recommend the services best fit for their needs which may include expanding their current subscription or engaging with our consulting team. Revenues will come from:

• Annual price increases on like-for-like renewal.
• Significant revenue growth from syndicated upsell - AMs should be working the full Passport upsell agenda

• Custom research revenues - ensure all custom research capabilities are promoted to all clients.

Key responsibilities

Account Manager will be mainly managing existing Passport subscribers of Japanese leading players in FMCG industries. With the assigned accounts, you are expected to: 

• Secure contract renewal and grow revenues for each client 
• Develop client relationships

To accelerate the social implementation of autonomous robots equipped with cutting-edge Physical AI, you will play a vital role in collecting and generating "learning data" (human demonstrations and operation logs).

Using a specialized controller known as the "Leader Device," you will remotely operate robots to perform tasks ranging from daily activities like transport and handover to industrial trials such as parts assembly. This is a professional role where you will provide high-quality training data to help robots learn exactly "how they should move," while directly contributing to the evolution of physical UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader candidate, you will oversee the following operations. Your journey will begin with intensive training as an AI Robot Teleoperator. As you gain proficiency, you will transition into a "Playing Manager" role, balancing hands-on operations with team leadership.

• High-Precision Robot Teleoperation
• Precisely control robot arms and mobility using specialized controllers (physical devices, VR, haptic devices, etc.).
• Execute tasks such as grasping, moving, and placing in environments modeled after homes, stores, and factories to teach the AI the "correct movements."

Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we bring the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. The Acceptance Solution team within Client Service is to support Cybersource products and services. Cybersource offers a full-service payment management platform for Acquirer partners and merchants, covering global payment processing, fraud management and payment security systems.

What a Technical Account Manager does at Visa:
The Technical Account Manager supports and assists Acquirer partners and online and offline merchants using all Cybersource Enterprise products and services. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and operational support via e-mail, direct phone on a daily basis, and face-to-face meetings occasionally. Responsibilities also include assisting new and existing clients to set Cybersource’s digital/online payment services, educating them on the use of our tools and reports, and solving issues by collaborating cross-functionally internally.

Team Overview

Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.

All associated capabilities and services will report into the three functions in VAS – Acceptance Sales, Solution Sales and Technical Enablement. These functions together are accountable for both sales and end-to-end technical enablement of VAS products towards all types of clients such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, merchants, wallet providers, etc. The team coordinates across various business functions in Japan such as Client Relationship Management and Client Services, as well as our global offices, to support the business growth of our clients.

What a Solutions Manager does at Visa:
Reporting to a Director in Value-Added Services, the Solutions Manager role will be responsible for consulting clients on the technical architecture, value proposition and integration of our Value-Added Services products to clients. The Solutions Manager will work closely with our Client Relationship Management team, VAS Sales roles, Client Services and Asia Pacific Market Support Center in Singapore to leverage whole Visa technical expertise into client interactions and sales meetings.

The role requires you to lead consultation on client challenges, develop and refine new solution offerings, migration plans, and work with internal and external stakeholders to provide our clients an optimal integration experience with Visa Acceptance Solutions by demonstrating to our clients how our solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure and business processes while addressing any technical concerns.

The Manager, Global Brand Marketing – Glaucoma supports the development, execution, and implementation of global brand plans and initiatives for the glaucoma medical and surgical portfolio. The role contributes to global brand planning in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M), as well as CFUs, and ensuring alignment with overall global brand strategies and objectives.

In addition, this position supports the implementation of global initiatives by translating global strategy into executable brand programs, tools, and guidance for regional teams. The Manager supports global launch readiness, lifecycle management, and post‑launch activities, including coordination of cross‑functional inputs and development of global brand, launch, and promotional materials.

The role works closely with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to support consistent execution of global brand positioning, key messages, promotion and disease education initiatives across markets. In addition, the Manager supports monitoring of the global competitive environment in glaucoma and contributes commercial insights to inform brand optimization and portfolio planning.

• Global Brand Plan Development, Execution & Initiative Implementation
  • Develop and support the execution of global brand plan, including positioning frameworks, key messages for assigned brands in the glaucoma portfolio (Rhopressa, Roclanda, Preserflo and other global glaucoma brands where necessary)
  • Implementation of initiatives for the glaucoma portfolio  
• Global Launch Readiness & Operational Support
  • Support global launch readiness activities for global glaucoma products as a core member of the Global Launch Readiness Team (GLRT).
  • Coordinate cross functional inputs across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M) to support timely delivery of launch milestones and materials.
  • Support post launch activities, including tracking of implementation progress and identification of optimization opportunities.
• Global Brand Assets & Program Execution
  • Support the development, review, and rollout of global brand and promotional assets, including sales aids, training materials, disease education tools, and congress materials.
  • Manage assigned projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Ensure global materials are fit for purpose and can be effectively adapted by regional and local teams.
• Cross Functional & Regional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Global Medical Affairs to ensure alignment between medical strategy, scientific content, and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with regional and local marketing teams to support effective implementation of global initiatives while maintaining alignment with global brand guidance.
  • Act as a point of coordination for regional feedback related to global initiatives and materials.
• Portfolio, Lifecycle & Competitive Monitoring
  • Support lifecycle management activities for the glaucoma portfolio, including messaging evolution, indication expansion, and post launch optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor global competitive activity, market trends, and customer insights in glaucoma and summarize implications for global brand strategy.
  • Contribute commercial insights to portfolio discussions and brand reviews.

  • Support internal governance processes by preparing materials, analyses, and updates for brand, launch, and business review meetings.
  • Track implementation progress of global initiatives and support identification of gaps, risks, and improvement actions.

As Ubisoft is increasing its focus on Content Creators to put them at the heart of the Marketing strategy, the mission of the Content Creators Manager is to drive and execute the WW publishing strategy for Content Creators in their territories in order to achieve our common objectives of viewership and engagement.

The Content Creator manager manages direct relationships with content creators and puts in place paid and earned activations that support our pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing pulse points. They also play a key role in the deployment and growth of the strategic Ubisoft Creators program that aims at enlarging our pool of Creators by providing them with more services and content. This role promotes the program and onboards new creators, to encourage creators to participate in activations and to provide them with ongoing support. They also collaborate with regional and central teams to constantly improve the program and bring new innovations.

The Content Creator Manager will work alongside the global and regional teams to deploy and implement strategies and adapt them for the Japanese and Korean market.

In this role, you will:

• Advocate for creator initiatives that will improve acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Manage daily interactions with Creators, acts as spokesperson for assigned projects.
• Research, evaluate, outreach and own communication with a vast amount of content creators across all platforms
• Support deployment of the Ubisoft Creators Program: applications vetting, local promotion, business requests management, etc.
• Support titles in Ubisoft’s portfolio by activating content creators across all platforms.
• Help produce, edit, and present materials including pitches, Q&As, talking points, capture guidelines and presentations
• Develop close working relationships with the regional and central content creator teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment, and act as the local point of contact for execution of central and local plans, while providing input and direction.
• Drive awareness of the Japanese and Korean markets, potential local opportunities and specific creator needs with the regional and central content creator teams.
• Manage and maintain close working relationships with support agencies and ensure KPIs are met for all campaigns.
• Ensure all campaigns are employed and delivered by relevant deadlines and within budget.
• Management of Content Creator budgets in MINT
• Coordinate distribution of b-roll packages, creator kits, and any other digital or physical items associated with our creator campaigns.
• Deliver timely and informative reporting on CC activities, coverage, opportunities, successes, and creator feedback.
• Assist in the planning and execution of capture events both physical and digital for live and unreleased titles.
• Collaborate with internal and cross functional stakeholders worldwide
