Job summary
We are looking for a MarketingExecutive to support our go-to-market across channels, materials, and events.You will keep our marketing channels active and on-brand, produce the content and collateral that supports sales, run the email and outreach systems that generate and nurture demand, and help deliver the events that turn interest into conversations.
This is a hands-on and varied role. A core part of it is running our email marketing and outbound nurture, where you step into a clearly designed system rather than a blank page. As yougrow, the role broadens into greater ownership of the channel mix and the demand generation engine.
Key responsibilities
Channels and marketing materials
• Keep our marketing channels active and consistent:website updates, social media (especially LinkedIn), and our outreach tools.
• Produce and maintain marketing materials and collateral, including decks, one-pagers, gated assets, and campaign content, onbrand and on message.
• Maintain brand consistency across everything we publish.
Email marketing and outreach
• Run email marketing and nurture journeys that move prospects from aware to engaged to booked, with clean, well-segmented,PDPA-compliant lists.
• Manage targeted outbound sequences to new prospects, including lookalike lists modelled on our best customers.
Events and outreach
• Support our outreach events, from consultations and clinics to larger signature events and webinars.
• Handle registration, logistics, reminders, and the pre and post-event follow-up that turns attendance into pipeline.
Reporting and optimisation
• Report weekly on channel and campaign performance:reach, engagement, leads, consultations booked, and contribution to marketing qualified leads.
• Use the data to decide what to repeat and what to improve, making focused changes rather than guesswork.
Collaboration
• Work with the content function on campaigns and gated assets.
• Hand qualified leads to the sales team cleanly, with the context account managers need to follow up quickly.
• Support wider marketing campaigns across the company's solution areas.
Requirements
Essential
• Around two to four years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on work across more than one channel (email, social media, website, or events).
• Comfortable with marketing tools and able to learn ours quickly. Our stack includes Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, and a website CMS.
• Comfortable working with data and acting on it, rather than sending and hoping.
• Clear and concise writing. You can produce content that reads like a person, not a template.
• Organised and self-directed, able to manage several work streams at once with real autonomy.
Preferred
• Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or email marketing platforms, social media management, or website CMS tools.
• Event coordination experience.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or nurture journeys.
• Awareness of Singapore PDPA in a marketing context.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently.
