• Handling full set of accounts for few entities in the Group

• Responsible for monthly closing of accounts in accurate and timely manner

• Perform regular review on customer balance, aging and coordinate with credit control personnel for follow up /updates

• Prepare variance analysis for senior management

• Prepare periodical statutory reporting for submission, eg. GST Returns, company taxes, etc

• Prepare financial schedules and liaise with auditor

• Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate possess Professional certificate in accountancy is preferred with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting field

• Hands on experience in full set of accounts is a must

• Possess initiative, strong analytical skills and attention to details

• Ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and take challenges for new tasks assigned

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Description:

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.

2. At least 2 years of work experience in the digital backend design field. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is preferred.

3. Those with experience in TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.

·  Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.

·  Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.

·  Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.

·  Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.

·  Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

·  Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

The Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) is a critical customer-facing role responsible for delivering expert-level technical support to customers in the SMT and Semiconductor industries across Singapore and the Asia region. The role supports the product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on software installation, system setup, commissioning, and advanced troubleshooting. In addition to technical excellence, the role requires commercial awareness, enabling the engineer to identify and articulate opportunities for software upgrades, options, and service offerings that create customer value. This position operates with high autonomy and represents the Company at a senior technical level in front of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert-level on-site and remote support to customers in SMT and Semiconductor manufacturing environments

• Perform installation, software setup, configuration, and commissioning of systems

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment relocations

• Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and process-related issues to minimise production downtime

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex or non-standard field issues

• Independently install, configure, and validate software in customer production environments

• Support customers during ramp-up and stabilisation phases following installation or upgrades

• Identify opportunities for software upgrades, system options, and service offerings during field activities

• Provide primary support for Singapore-based customers and regional support across Asia with flexibility for short-notice travel

• Work closely with Sales, Applications, Product Support, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve products and processes

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support within the SMT and/or Semiconductor industry

• Strong hands-on experience in SMT assembly, with inspection background (e.g. SPI, AOI, AXI) highly desirable

• Proven experience independently handling complex customer situations and system installations

• Strong software capability, including system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of autonomy, accountability, and customer focus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Chinese language capability preferred to support regional customer interactions

• Proven experience designing lead scoring, pipeline models and data-driven campaign decisioning. Ability to frame marketing messages around transformation outcomes.
