職位概述

我們正在尋找一位積極進取的業務拓展經理，負責Leaf CRM的業務成長。這是一個以產品為中心的銷售職位，您將負責Leaf CRM的完整銷售流程，包括識別和篩選潛在客戶、進行產品演示、完成訂閱以及將客戶移交給後續團隊進行入職培訓。理想的候選人應了解SaaS和CRM產品的買賣模式，溝通能力強，並擁有達成銷售目標的良好記錄。

你將做什麼

掌控 Leaf CRM 銷售管道：研究、識別和篩選馬來西亞及週邊地區的潛在客戶，並制定有針對性的策略來接觸和轉換他們。
進行有組織的推廣活動：與線索提供者和潛在客戶名單合作，持續進行外呼活動（陌生拜訪、跟進和預約合格的演示）。
提供引人入勝的 Leaf CRM 演示，主導試用洽談，準備提案和合同，並完成月度和年度訂閱。
深入了解產品知識，以便有效地將 Leaf CRM 功能與每個潛在客戶的銷售和工作流程需求相匹配。
建立並維護牢固、持久的客戶關係，以促進客戶留存、業務拓展和客戶推薦。
識別並建立策略合作夥伴關係和經銷商管道，以擴大 Leaf CRM 的覆蓋範圍。
與行銷、產品和客戶支援團隊緊密合作，確保順利完成新用戶導入交接，並將市場洞察回饋到產品路線圖中。
代表 Leaf CRM 參加行業活動、會議和交流活動，以建立品牌並產生潛在客戶。
維護準確的客戶關係管理記錄，並定期編制有關銷售管道、銷售業績和市場趨勢的報告。

你需要準備什麼

擁有工商管理、行銷或相關領域的學士學位。
至少 2 年業務拓展或銷售經驗，最好是銷售 SaaS、CRM 或其他科技產品。
熟悉 CRM 和線索管理工具如何支援銷售和行銷團隊，並了解軟體和企業解決方案領域。
過往業績證明其能夠達到或超過銷售目標。
英語流利
具備出色的溝通、談判和簡報技巧，能夠自信地向決策者演示軟體。
具備建立和維護客戶關係的成熟能力。
較強的分析和策略思考能力。

Job Descriptions

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), able to handle daily communication, emails, and reporting independently
Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributors, stores, and internal teams

1–2年线下零售/快消/保健品行业经验（有药店渠道优先）

準備並向銀行提交所需文件。
在追蹤電子表格中維護準確的記錄，包括提交日期、狀態更新和完成時間表。
更新系統中的商家和經銷商記錄，包括建立新的經銷商代碼。

系統和流程維護

執行與商家記錄相關的維護任務。
確保所有操作均符合內部標準作業規程和審計要求。

銷售支援與商家聯絡

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue financing opportunities within government, GLC, and PLC contract networks.
Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process—from application to disbursement.
Provide tailored financial advisory on Commerze Capital’s range of financing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and client satisfaction.
Represent Commerze Capital at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
Contribute to achieving company sales goals and business growth targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in relationship management, SME banking, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of SME financing, supply chain, or trade-related financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
