Job Description:
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on redressing instructions and packaging requirements.
Review, clarify, and validate client requests to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Prepare mock-ups, draft proposals, and support clients through the approval process.
Manager client accounts by tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
Redressing Coordination
Draft clear, accurate Redressing Instructions (RI) for production use.
Work closely with the production team to assess feasibility of redressing activities.
Coordinate changes, updates, and maintain version control for RIs.
Assist production in troubleshooting redressing issues and providing clarification.
Inventory & Material Management
Monitor and manage client-owned packaging material inventory.
Track material consumption, shortages and replenishment requirements.
Prepare and share material status reports with internal stakeholders and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with production, QA, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of redressing operations.
Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to packaging material activities.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar
