Job scope & responsibilities:

The position is permanent full time role where you will be reporting to Finance Manager within the finance and accounting team.

As Accounts Executive, you will be involved in the daily operations and activities of the Accounting Department, which will include processing of invoices, Purchase orders, Delivery orders and monthly payments.

Duties:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and ensure timely reporting of monthly management reports and audit schedule.
• Prepare monthly aging receivable reports.
• Process journal entries and issue payment vouchers.

• Bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.

• Fresh/entry level; however those with 1-2 years of relevant work experience will be ideal.
• Experience working within the insurance/financial services industry will be advantageous.
