Position Summary

The Assembly Project Leader is the overall Malaysia-side person-in-charge for the semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly project

資格與能力

• 建立產能規劃模型，以確定人員配備需求、資源分配和服務水準可行性。
• 與營運和人力資源部門合作，支援年度人員編制計劃、人力預算和招聘預測。
• 確保預測假設、方法和規劃參數一致地應用並記錄在案。

調度治理與資源優化

• 監督員工排班框架，確保人員配備與預測的需求和產能計畫相符。
• 確保排班策略與人員配備計畫、人員縮減假設和營運限制一致。
• 指導分析師實施優化服務水準績效和勞動力利用率的策略。
• 監控各職能部門及通路的人員配置狀況，以便在需要時支援跨職能資源最佳化。

WFM團隊領導

• 監督和指導負責預測支援、調度執行和報告的 WFM 分析師。
• 審查分析師的成果，包括預測模型、人員配置計畫和營運報告。
• 在勞動力管理團隊內部建立結構化的工作流程、責任歸屬和交付時間表。
• 為團隊提供指導，以提升其分析能力和人力資源規劃能力。

WFM績效監控與報告

• 監控關鍵的人力資源規劃指標，例如服務水準、預測準確率、人員流失率、入住率和人員利用率。
• 提供結構化的見解和分析，以支援營運決策。
• 維護報表架構和儀表板（Excel / Power BI），以確保員工績效的可見度。

要求和資格

• 6-8 年勞動力管理、產能規劃或呼叫中心營運經驗。
• 至少 2 年 WFM 或營運分析的團隊領導或主管經驗。
• 深入了解呼叫中心預測方法和容量規劃模型。
• 精通 Excel、資料分析和報表工具（例如 Power BI），並具備 DAX 和 SQL 的工作知識。
