Ensure all meals are prepared accordingly to their specifications.

Min 2 years to 8 yearsexperience as a cook

Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers

Prepare all therapeutic diets according to specification.

Ensure that prepared meals meet a high standard in taste and presentation.

Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene, safety cleanliness and safe food storage.

Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all equipmentused in his/her section.

Prepare meat and seafood items by cutting, slicing, sectioning, chopping and cleaning accordingly to the requirement.

Assist in collating of meals diet chits.

Assist in receiving and arranging of incoming goods.

Assemble and dish all meals during meal service.

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage (F&B) operations in our restaurants, bars and to fulfil room service requests.

The Guest Relations Executive is the first point of contact for Lantern’s guests, responsible for delivering warm, story-driven, and intuitive luxury service. This role ensures a seamless, memorable guest experience while supporting events, activations, and the outlet’s positioning as a leading luxury rooftop bar.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Project a professional and welcoming image to the business and be active in seeking and developing relationships to drive reservations

· Provide the perfect first impression with a smile and welcome

· Greet, welcome, and engage guests, delivering a personalized, story-driven experience aligned with Lantern’s concept “Classics Recrafted: Stories from the Pier.”

· Manage reservations, VIP bookings, and walk-ins, ensuring optimal table allocations and flow.

· To ensure that guest on every table receives attention and service.

· To monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Support guest satisfaction initiatives, including NPS tracking, feedback follow-up, and service recovery.

· To prepare a monthly report of guest comments, guest list and report that assist business decision.

· Have a full understanding of Operating Procedures and their role within these standards

· Collaborate with bar and floor teams to maintain ambiance, visual presentation, and service quality.

· Confidently take an order asking all relevant questions linked to sequence of service

· Ensure problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of Outlet Manager

· Assist with private bookings and events, liaising with clients to ensure seamless execution.

· Act as brand ambassador, communicating the Lantern story, signature cocktails, and event highlights to guests.

· Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, seasonal offerings, and storytelling elements for guest-facing interactions.

· Support marketing and CRM initiatives by capturing guest data, encouraging loyalty program sign-ups, and promoting upcoming events.

· Support Lantern’s programming, including themed nights, mixology masterclasses, live music events, and storytelling series.

· Collaborate with bar, marketing, and floor teams to maintain ambiance, visual presentation, and service quality during events.

· Promote upcoming events, seasonal promotions, and loyalty initiatives to enhance guest engagement and repeat visitation.

This position as a Service Executive will report to Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager.

This upcoming new restaurant is located at the central area of Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service by providing a pleasant dining experience for guests
• Serve food in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
• Perform preparation, table set up and ensure the proper handling of all operating equipment
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the restaurant menu and products to provide excellent service
• Adhere to the compliance of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
• Prior experience working in a preopening team would be advantageous
• Possess strong knowledge in food (relevant cuisine) and beverage
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Position Statement

The Food & Beverage Executive is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. This role directly supervises team members while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Hilton.

F&B EXECUTIVE

Assistant Supervisor required to manage the day-to-day F&B operations, include supervising & preparing meals according to a prescribed system, preparing ingredients, adhering to the in-store menu, serving guidelines, and following food health and safety procedures.

Key responsibility included but not limited to:

• Operate Cashier machine
• To serve customers and take order.
• Packing of cooked food
• Keep track of stock and replenish when stocks are low.
• Cleaning of stalls and upkeep hygiene
• Manage staff & scheduling once a month or fortnightly
• Organize preparation work to be completed within the day
• Churn out sales report accordingly to POS data
• Ensure food safety & work safety guidelines

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Design & Build industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong project coordination capabilities, sound technical knowledge, and practical site experience to manage projects from concept design through construction completion.

The Project Executive will play a key role in coordinating consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Manage assigned Design & Build projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Attend client meetings, site meetings, and technical coordination meetings.

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review design drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural, interior design, M&E, structural, and specialist works.
• Identify design clashes and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure construction drawings are coordinated and buildable before site implementation.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization exercises.

Site Management

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Ensure workmanship complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor contractors’ performance, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and site records are properly maintained.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Work closely with Qualified Persons (QP), Professional Engineers (PE), and consultants where required.

• Review quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs and variations.
• Track material deliveries and project expenditures.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost reporting.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.

• Manage defects liability period (DLP) matters when required.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing commercial, F&B, retail, hospitality, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery from design development through construction and handover.

Technical Knowledge

Candidate should possess practical knowledge in:

• Architectural and interior fit-out works.
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination.
• Authority submission processes.
• Construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Building regulations and compliance requirements.
