A Facilities Specialist Excutive (or Housekeeping Specialist) in a Singapore hotel is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet impeccable 5-star cleanliness and operational standards.

Key duties include deep-cleaning, equipment maintenance, and strict compliance with local health and hygiene regulations.

Your core job scope typically includes:Room Cleaning & Servicing Deep Cleaning - Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as polishing furniture and fixtures.

SanitizationThoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathtubs, showers, toilets, and mirrors.Bedding & LaundryChanging bed linens, remaking beds to hotel standards, and sorting/distributing laundry.

Supply Replenishment / Restocking guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, drinking glasses, and coffee/tea stations.

Managing and organizing the housekeeping supply trolley.Facilities & MaintenanceConducting routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities (e.g., pools).

Reporting damages, wear-and-tear, or malfunctioning appliances (like TVs or AC units) to the Engineering or Maintenance department.

Performing minor preventive maintenance or upkeep on cleaning equipment.Safety & Guest RelationsAdhering strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and hygiene regulations.

Assisting guests with inquiries, lost items, or special requests in a friendly and professional manner.Promptly reporting lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality

At least 1 year previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Understanding of safety and hygiene standards.

Good communication skills.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Able to start work immediately

Work Day: 4 days weekly (Part-Tme work less than 35 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Render assistance in sourcing and reviewing resumes through job portals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in database
• Assist in pre-recruitment/onboarding formalities with selected candidates
• Assist in collection of new hire documents
• Need to have basic knowledge of MOM application and CPF contribution
• Assist in matters pertaining to Payroll of employees
• Manage foreign workers work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations
• Track Work Permit, S Pass, and EP expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
• Assist in tracking and managing employee leave and overtime records
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Executive

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent in HR Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the service or similar industries.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the cleaning industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

We are looking for Part-Time Admin Assistant (Operation Department) for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks …. etc . Must be details, good at follow up and hgood time management. Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.

Work Day:

PT: 3 Weekdays + 1 Weekend

Work Shift:

7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm

Responsibilities:

• Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
• To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard. Collect mails and documents
• Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned by Executive or Assistant Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling
• Minimum 'O' holder Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant and friendly personality Strong problem solving capabilities
• Able to work at a fast pace environment, fast learner, willing to take up responsibility Computer literacy

Responsible for cleaning activities as instructed and maintain cleaniness of maintained areas

Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned

~ Empty waste bins.

~ Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.

~ Polish glass doors.

~ Report anything in need of repair or replacement to team leader or cleaning supervisor.

~ Sweep or vacuum floor or carpets of assigned areas.

~ Wash and maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets.

~ Wipe table tops, shelves and partitions of assigned areas.
