• Conduct monthly progress meetings with Government Agency representatives

Job Description

• Lead regional financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting across Asia
• Act as a strategic finance partner to regional and site leadership, supporting growth and investment decisions
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation
• Ensure robust financial governance, statutory compliance, tax matters, and intercompany processes
• Provide leadership across finance and shared corporate functions at country and regional level
• Support transformation initiatives including systems implementations and M&A-related projects
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven senior leadership experience within a multinational organisation
• Strong grounding in financial control, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Track record of partnering senior stakeholders on commercial and strategic matters
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations and cultures
• Hands-on exposure to ERP and enterprise reporting systems
