Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
• Build and own EFGH's IR strategy, equity story, and institutional investor communications across the listing window and into steady-state public company operations.
• Lead the quarterly earnings cycle: earnings release, MD&A, script, Q&A preparation, analyst call, and follow-up materials.
• Own SEC filings in coordination with the CFO and legal counsel as appropriate.
• Build and maintain a top-tier institutional shareholder base; drive sell-side analyst coverage initiation and ongoing engagement.
• Manage non-deal roadshows across New York, Singapore, London, and key investor markets.
• Maintain Reg FD compliance protocols and disclosure committee processes.
• Own the IR website, investor calendar, and AGM logistics.
M&A and Corporate Development
• Build and maintain a structured M&A pipeline aligned to EFGH's strategic framework, with focus on insurance, payments, microfinance, and embedded infrastructure across Asia and Africa.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution — financial modelling, commercial and regulatory diligence, term sheet negotiation, definitive agreements, and closing mechanics.
• Lead active workstreams including but not limited to future bolt-on acquisitions.
• Manage external advisors — investment bankers, M&A counsel, and diligence providers — and coordinate internal cross-functional diligence teams.
• Own post-close integration planning, synergy tracking, and 100-day plan execution for completed acquisitions.
• Support follow-on capital raises and evaluate capital structure across EFGH's operating pillars.
Required Skills & Experience
• 12–15 years of combined experience across investment banking, corporate development, equity research, or investor relations at a listed company.
• Direct experience in M&A execution — financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring across cross-border transactions.
• Strong familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and listed company disclosure obligations; hands-on IR experience preferred.
• Bulge-bracket investment banking or top-tier corporate development background.
• Expert-level financial modelling — DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, and sum-of-parts.
• Executive-level communication — written, verbal, and presentational — with demonstrated ability to engage institutional investors and senior external stakeholders.
• Cross-border experience; Asia-Pacific exposure essential.
• CFA charterholder or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
