Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day procurement operations, including creating, updating, and closing purchase orders.
• Update catalogue items, process variations, and troubleshoot system errors.
• Conduct open PO monitoring exercises and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support ad hoc procurement projects and initiatives as required.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a procurement or purchasing role within a government agency.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain/Procurement is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Government Procurement Instruction Manuals
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

• Sales Generation & Growth: Generating leads, identifying prospects, and pitching products to new clients (outdoor hunter role).
