The role involves device fabrication, optical-cavity integration, and advanced electrical/optical characterization of quantum optoelectronic devices. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research in quantum photonics, single-photon technologies, and next-generation semiconductor devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and process CQW-based optoelectronic devices, including LEDs and electrically driven single-photon diodes (SPDs), using cleanroom nanofabrication techniques (thin-film deposition, lithography, etching, encapsulation).

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Job Description

The staff would support at least one project under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI). The scope of the project is on catalyst development for fuel conversion. The staff will need to develop a well-justified approach to achieve a goal once a problem statement and/or a research scope are defined by the PI and the staff. The staff will need to execute the plan experimentally and interpret the data critically. The staff will need to report to the PI proactively and take the initiative to propose changes to the plan when the project faces a technical challenge. The staff will need to draft manuscripts and attend conferences to publicise the project findings. The staff will need to support other team members.

Qualifications

A well-qualified candidate should:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar/equivalent discipline;
