About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity professional with a strong background in IT Audit or Consultancy to lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within Singapore’s Infocomm and Media (ICM) sector. This role is critical in enhancing the resilience, reliability, and trust of ICM services through robust cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive and ensure compliance with relevant government cybersecurity regulations and policies.
· Review and assess cybersecurity audit reports submitted by ICM operators for completeness and compliance.
· Identify gaps, track remediation progress, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
· Collaborate with internal divisions to administer and enforce cybersecurity regulatory frameworks for licensed entities.
· Liaise with external auditors to ensure quality, consistency, and adequacy of audit deliverables.
· Develop and maintain cybersecurity dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor GRC performance and KPIs.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or GRC-related roles.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27002.
· Familiarity with industry best practices including risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response (e.g., NIST, ITU, GSMA, 3GPP frameworks).
· Knowledge of cloud environments, security controls, and assurance practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
· Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP are advantageous.
· Prior experience in the ICM sector and understanding of its risk landscape is a plus.
