Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–15+ years overall SAP project experience
• Minimum 5–8 years as a SAP ERP Project Manager on large implementation programs
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or ECC end-to-end implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP cross-module integration (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, interfaces, data migration)
• Excellent financial management and commercial control experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives
• Solid knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Ability to lead under pressure with high ownership and accountability
• Strong ownership mindset and decisiveness
• Structured, transparent, and fact-based communicator
• Ability to challenge constructively and lead with confidence
• High attention to detail in delivery and financial control

Responsibilities

• Manage daily material request, fabrication schedule, prepare paperwork and coordinate with respective department to ensure smooth fabrication
• Handle incoming calls and emails for Aircon servicing request, arrange manpower to attend the complain & prepare report for quotation perusal
• Prepare and distribute necessary documents for internal teams, building management, and clients to facilitate project progress
• Schedule daily work assignments and arrange transportation for project team workers to optimize resource deployment
• Oversee maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles to ensure operational readiness
• Oversee proper documentation for store on material receiving & delivery
• Assist in organizing and executing ad hoc projects or exhibitions as required to support company initiative

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent
• Fluent in English for better coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to produce and manage project documentation
• Experience in a Project Administration role to enhance task execution efficiency
• Experience in ACMV or Construction fields to better understand project requirements and context
• Experience in Aircon servicing is advantageous

Responsibilities

Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.

Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.

Raise RFI for any discrepancies.

Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.

Responsible for site supervision and implementations.

Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.

Manage and planning manpower allocation.

Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.

To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.

Prepare sub-contractor payment response.

To solve all technical issue.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 10 years experience in ACMV system.

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
