The ServiceNow Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from planning and execution to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams (devs, BAs, clients) to implement new features, upgrades, or integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing scope/budget/risks, and ensuring quality delivery using
Agile/PMP methodologies, while serving as a key liaison for stakeholders and leadership. They oversee configurations, workflows, testing, and ensure best practices, focusing on user adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets; manage day-to-day tasks and progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison, gathering requirements, providing updates, managing expectations, and securing buy-in from clients and leadership.
• Team Leadership: Lead developers, architects, BAs, and QAs; assign tasks, foster collaboration, and manage team performance.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) for iterative delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing (UAT, regression) and ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, status reports, and user guides.
