About the role

As a Project Supervisor (M&E) at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction projects at our Penang-based worksites. This full-time position requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of M&E construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
2. Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues

This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and reseller channels that extend Leaf CRM's reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
• Represent Leaf CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the brand and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling SaaS, CRM, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with how CRM and lead management tools support sales and marketing teams, and an understanding of the software and enterprise solutions landscape.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English command
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence demoing software to decision makers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Business Development Executive

(Kuala Lumpur/Kemaman)

Responsibilities:

The candidate needs to be able to:

• To develop business by seeking new opportunities for new business where possible as well as improve current services to clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, focusing on Laboratory and production chemistry related services.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Planning and preparing presentations whenever required
• Meet clients to give technical advice and resolve problems with help of BD/Lab/General Manager.
• Providing management with feedback of market

Requirements:

• Qualified with a degree in Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Sound knowledge of lab services: Produce and waste water testing, Lubricant analysis, natural and sales gas analysis and liquid hydrocarbon testing is added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects and multitask.
