Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) to support major LTA MRT projects, work closely with the Design Manager and project teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant design throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil & structural or architectural design for LTA MRT projects.

Job Description

• Assist the Design Manager and oversee the overall progress of design works on site.
• Manage drawing submission schedules in line with planned construction progress.
• Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical solutions and offer design advice to internal teams.
• Manage and control design deliverables related to BIM, Technical, contractual, and cost requirements.
• Review subcontractors' shop drawings to ensure compliance with the design specifications and project standards.

Weare looking for a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer to manage, operate,and enhance our endpoint protection capabilities across the enterprise. Responsibilities:

Endpoint Protection

IT Service Management

·       Createand update tickets with detailed documentation and resolution steps

Documentation & Knowledge Management

·       Createand maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standardoperating procedures (SOPs)

·       Maintainrunbooks for common operational tasks

Required skills and qualifications:

·       Singaporeansonly

·       Adegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Security or a relatedfield with at least 2-4 years of work experience

·       Atleast 1 year of experience with SEPM / Defender

·       Experiencewith Host Intrusion Prevention & Detection (HIPS / HIDS)

·       Experiencewith Windows and/or Linux (RedHat) system administration

·       Ableto prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment, with strongcommunication and interpersonal skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in the field of civil works design including roads, alignment, drainage, sewerage, utilities, etc. Candidates with structural and / or geotechnical design experiences will be advantageous.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulation, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands on experience in AutoCAD and / or MicroStation.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Identify top human cyber risks and define required behaviour changes to mitigate those risks
• Design, implement, and continuously improve a risk-based cybersecurity awareness program, incorporating employee feedback
• Plan and execute simulated phishing campaigns and targeted awareness initiatives to drive measurable and sustained employee behaviour change
• Develop and manage a metrics framework to track compliance, employee behaviour, and program effectiveness
• Produce high‑quality management reporting using a single source of truth to support risk ownership and decision‑making
• Create clear, engaging security communications, training materials, and internal awareness content
• Partner with Corporate Communications function to deliver regular, targeted messaging that reinforces a strong security‑aware culture
• Coordinate governance oversight of GISO policies, standards, and guidelines, working with subject‑matter experts to ensure timely reviews and updates
• Manage GISO intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on cybersecurity-related matters as required

• Monitor emerging threats and trends to ensure awareness content remains relevant and timely

Reporting Line:

• This position reports to the Group Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO)

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security awareness, communications, marketing, or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units and enabling functions
• Experience working with HR, Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365 and Power BI
