The Executive / Senior Executive, Security (Enforcement & Validation) is responsible for executing security operations and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enhance workforce vigilance, and strengthen the public transport (PT) network security. This position requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and reports to the Manager, Security (Enforcement & Validation).

Responsibilities

• Validating ground security measures through audits and inspections to meet system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements.
• Assisting in managing daily security operations across the SMRT network.

• Coordinating and conducting security exercises, including red teaming exercises, to enhance workforce vigilance and discipline.

• Conducting Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA) on SMRT premises, including evolving threats, and providing inputs for possible mitigating enhancements.

Job Purpose

The candidate will implement and design technical interfaces across heterogeneous environments securely using centralized middleware and reporting including translating business requirements into technical blueprint and specification, which includes configuration, assessing and communicating impact and using business rules to automate decisions related to a process or integration scenarios. He/she will provide solutions to the business requirement including effort estimation (configuration, workflow, interface, report, data mapping), change impact analysis and ensuring technical integrity of the delivered solution.

Responsibilities

Senior Systems Analyst duties and responsibilities include:

• Translate user requirements into technical specifications (of middleware) and perform feasibility study and propose sound integration solution, create program specification. Perform system development work based on the specification. Conduct quality check, ABAP Code Review if applicable, quality testing and fulfil the tasks based on the specification before requesting for user acceptance test. Preparation of UAT test cases, cutover activities.
• Follow the agreed timeline set by the team leader and ensure there is no delay in completing.
• Involve in Project implementation. In addition, he/she will be required to follow the SDLC documentation policy and involved and responsible for all types of system documentation.
• Monitor, facilitate and report the timely and successful resolution of all critical interface issues and risks. Make sure SOPs are practiced
• Develop, update and ensure the accuracy of the Interface Coordination Plan during all implementation projects
• Report the status of interface integration issues and their status via various communication methods on a pre-defined frequency to the application team

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support lifecycle using middleware, with strong understanding of business integration needs.
• Design and develop SAP PI/PO/CPI integrations, including ESR (Enterprise Services Repository) and Integration Directory configurations.
• Implement and support end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring reliable and scalable connectivity.
• Configure and manage SAP PI/PO/CPI interfaces, including routing rules, adapters, and backend system connections.
• Develop and enhance integration mappings using graphical mappings, XSLT, Java mappings, and UDFs, with solid understanding of PI/PO/CPI architecture.

This role combines hands-on project implementation with day-to-day operations to ensure platform stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement across integrated IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

Azure Project Delivery (Build & Implementation)

• Design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Lead and execute enterprise initiatives, including:Application integrations within Azure and hybrid environments.Workload migrations from on-premises to Azure (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and modernization).OS technology refresh and transformation into Azure-based workloads.Deployment of enterprise systems across IaaS and PaaS models.

The Systems Specialist duties and responsibilities include:

Basis & Cloud Administration Tasks

• Apply support packages, patches, fixes, and perform SAP installations, upgrades, and system parameter changes.
• Administer and maintain HANA databases, including patching, upgrading, and performance tuning.
• Monitor SAP systems proactively to ensure stability, security, and minimal downtime; perform health checks and tuning improvements.

The key role of the Executive/Senior Executive, Vendor Management is to provide administrative support to the Procurement function focusing on vendor onboarding, due diligence, compliance checks, audit support, and vendor performance monitoring.  The role also supports procurement systems (e.g., Source to Pay System), resolves vendor-related issues, and contributes to governance, sustainability initiatives, and budgeting activities in alignment with organisational policies and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Responsibilities
