Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential clients via (but not limited to) cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, career fairs;
• Manage the full sales process :needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up;
• Prepare client proposals, quotation, contracts, and other documentation;
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts;
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
• At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields;
• At least 2 years’ experience in business development;
• B2B sales experience preferred;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team;
• Confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
