Job Summary

Coordinate recruitment and deployment of foreign workers by managing overseas partnerships, Work Permit applications, documentation, and daily operations to ensure smooth placement and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities with overseas partners in key sourcing countries to secure suitable candidates aligned with client requirements
• Manage Work Permit applications, issuance, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) compliance processes to ensure lawful deployment of workers
• Liaise with employers and workers to arrange deployment schedules and resolve placement issues promptly to maintain operational flow
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for worker placement to support compliance and audit readiness
• Support daily operations by scheduling tasks, following up on pending matters, and coordinating between stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain organized records of candidates and job orders to enable efficient tracking, reporting, and decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess valid CEI (Basic) certification as mandated for employment agency operations
• Demonstrate ability to handle Work Permit processing and MOM-related procedures effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Employment Agency operations or Work Permit processing to enhance task efficiency
• Familiarity with MOM systems such as WPOL to facilitate application management
• Ability to communicate effectively with overseas partners in Chinese or other languages to support coordination (language proficiency required to facilitate communication with overseas partners)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks responsibly and meet deadlines

Admin Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Provide assistance with personal tasks when required

HR Role Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and tracking their applications
• Write, post, and update job listings
• Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication

Senior Engineer (PLC & SCADA)

Job scope:

• Lead the design and development of PLC, SCADA, and control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider)
• Integrate hardware and software systems across multiple platforms
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Support site installation, commissioning, and system troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and reports
• Prepare system architecture, control philosophies, and functional design specifications
• Design control panels, wiring diagrams, and I/O lists

• Processing expense claims after review.
• Preparing Quotation to customer

Role Overview:

As Marketing Executive, you will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy to day-to-day execution. You will manage content marketing, coordinate with creators, and plan campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty. Job Description

• Analyse market trends, competitors, and client requirements to identify sales opportunities.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in hull and accommodation outfitting design, covering arrangement, calculations, procurement, detail design, bill of materials, and 3D modeling for tenders and ongoing projects.
• Prepare and review technical specifications for outfitting equipment and materials, evaluate vendor bids, and oversee procurement.
• Develop and review layouts and foundation designs in line with specifications, class, and statutory rules for tender, class, owner’s approval, and construction.
