Key Responsibilities

1.  Full Set of Accounts (2 – 3 Entities)

•     Maintain the complete general ledger for assigned entities, including journals, accruals, and month-end closing entries.

•     Prepare and review balance sheet schedules and supporting schedules on a monthly basis.

•     Perform bank reconciliations for all bank accounts under assigned entities.

•     Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in NetSuite in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

2.  Intercompany Billings

•     Generate and process intercompany invoices for cost-sharing, management fees, and cross-entity services on a timely basis.

•     Reconcile intercompany balances across entities monthly and ensure elimination entries are properly supported.

•     Coordinate with counterpart finance teams to confirm intercompany positions and resolve discrepancies.

•     Maintain documentation for all intercompany transactions in line with transfer pricing policies.

3.  Invoice Billing

•     Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly upon confirmation of billing triggers (course completion, service delivery, milestones).

•     Monitor the AR ageing report and follow up on outstanding receivables in accordance with the collections policy.

•     Process credit notes and adjustments with appropriate supporting documentation and approvals.

•     Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.

•     Ensure proper GST treatment is applied on all invoices issued, including correct tax codes in NetSuite.

4.  Petty Cash Management

•     Administer petty cash floats for assigned entities, including disbursements and replenishments.

•     Verify petty cash claims for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with the expense policy prior to approval by the Finance Manager.

•     Conduct regular petty cash counts and reconcile physical cash against the petty cash log.

•     Record all petty cash transactions in NetSuite and ensure expenses are coded to the correct cost centres and accounts.

5.  Reporting & Ad-hoc Support

•     Support the Finance Manager in preparation of schedules for audit, tax computation, and statutory reporting.

•     Assist with any process improvement initiatives related to AR, billing, and cash management workflows.

•     Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or CFO.

Qualifications & Experience

•     Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

•     Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a full-set accounting role.

• Support pre-boarding process for SG — coordinate role details with the hiring manager and hand off to the People Operations Team.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Support HR policy communication and implementation.
• As part of a lean HR team, this role will at times support broader HR administration as required.
• Administer ATS — including data integrity and user access.
• Track and report recruitment metrics monthly (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Support HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring as a recruiter in both software development and non-technology related roles across junior and mid-level roles.
• Recruitment experience for software and related technology roles is a must for this job.
• Experience in regional ASEAN recruitment is preferred.
• Familiar with ATS systems (e.g.: Greenhouse) and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations (regional exposure advantageous).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace use especially the use of Google Sheets reporting

Our client is one of the leader in the banking industry, they are seeking for an junior BA to join coporate action team to assist with testing and daily operation.

Contract: 12 months
Location: Changi
Salary up to $5000

1.Corporate Actions Domain & BAU Support

- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Corporate Actions applications within the assigned business vertical, maintaining detailed knowledge of system architecture, interfacing systems, data flows, and data content.

- Support user communities on daily BAU activities by responding to business queries and providing guidance on optimal system usage.

- Ensure Corporate Action events are processed accurately and within agreed timelines, in compliance with market requirements and internal standards.

2. Client Servicing & Controls

- Ensure timely and accurate client notifications for voluntary Corporate Action events (e.g. rights issues, dividend options, warrant expiry, redemptions).

- Ensure correct capture and execution of client instructions and safeguard client entitlements throughout the event lifecycle.

- Handle client and stakeholder enquiries professionally and promptly, maintaining a consistently high standard of service quality.

3. Testing & Delivery Governance

- Define and recommend appropriate testing strategies, sign‑off criteria, and obtain stakeholder concurrence.

- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, timelines, batch runs and re‑runs, and consolidation of testing outcomes.

- Ensure test issues and defects are tracked, resolved, and validated prior to deployment.

4. Documentation & Governance

- Prepare and maintain high‑quality documentation on data flows, solution design, business logic, and testing approach, in accordance with predefined templates and governance standards.

- Ensure strong controls, auditability, and knowledge continuity are embedded into delivered solutions.

Requirements

- Strong domain experience in Corporate Actions processing, covering mandatory and voluntary events.

- Hands‑on experience in system testing (SIT/UAT/regression) within a banking or financial services environment.

- Good understanding of end‑to‑end processing, system integrations, and data flows.

- Proven ability to work closely with Technology teams, project stakeholders, and operations users.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrates a risk‑aware mindset with focus on quality, controls, and client outcomes.
