• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring the legal compliance of the branch's and the Company's business operations in Singapore.
• Assist the Branch Manager in managing Company-assigned and locally recruited staff; organize recruitment, sign employment contracts, handle work permit procedures, statutory labor declarations, personal records; monitor employee benefits at the branch according to delegated authority; develop training and human resource development programs; evaluate, commend, and discipline staff within the Department.
• Handle correspondence and filing in accordance with regulations; coordinate with branch departments to manage and efficiently use resources.
• Serve as the focal point for managing and coordinating with specialized agencies on the branch's information technology matters.

3. Periodically report to the Branch Manager of assigned duties and provide recommendations (if any).

II. Qualifications and Standards

1. Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
2. Experience: Must have completed the overseas branch finance-accounting specialist training program, or be a Level 5 specialist at the Finance-Accounting Department of the Company for at least 3 years, or have served as a finance-accounting specialist at an overseas branch for at least 1 full term.
