The Job

• Regional Orchestration of Wealth Continuum & Wealth Connectivity Agenda: Facilitate alignment across segments and markets by ensuring common understanding of initiative objectives, customer journeys, operating requirements, and dependencies
• Execution of Wealth Continuum & Wealth Connectivity Initiatives: Partner with regional and in-market stakeholders to support the end to end launch readiness of cross-segment and cross-market initiatives, including coordination across segments and markets aligned to ensure timely and consistent execution
• Real-time client level dashboards, control tower & MIS reporting: Solutionise and deliver real-time client dashboards from leads to accounts opened including interim steps across segments and markets; partner with Regional Wealth Data Chapter and Regional Finance teams to translate dashboards into monthly control towers and MIS for senior management consumption
• Traction & Gap analysis: Work closely with various regional and in-market stakeholders including frontline across segments and markets to monitor status of clients. Analyse and highlight key points for process improvement
• Work flow work bench: Partner with Regional Platforms to define requirements to automate and deliver work flow work bench that is fit for purpose across segments and markets
• Ad-hoc analysis: Support additional ad-hoc analysis from key stakeholders

The Talent

• Minimally 3-5 years of experience in banking/wealth management operations and project management
• Experienced in executing strategies and initiatives in wealth management
• High attention to detail and proven accuracy in large volume of data reporting
• Ability to generate insights beyond showcasing upward and downward trends
• Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work with significant number of regional and in-market stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft: SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint

The Global KYC Transformation Project Manager is responsible for driving the standardization and optimization of our KYC processes for APAC.This role involves collaborating with global teams and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enhancing operational efficiency. Purpose of Role

• The Project Manager will lead MUFG’s Global KYC Operations transformation in the region, setting strategies and collaborating closely with relevant teams around the world.

Main Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years work experience in strategic project management within a complex matrix structure.
• Demonstrated experience managing large KYC / AML projects and programs across multiple locations.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in stakeholder management such as conflict resolution, consensus building skills, and an ability to build partnerships and influence beyond area of responsibility.
