Job scope:

• Coordinating with stakeholders and contractors to plan construction-related activities within designated areas

• Conduct QA/QC inspections, manage RE, RTO and ensure clearing QA/QC inspections to meet the required quality standards and within the construction schedules.
• Provide, update and maintain all site inspection, testing and commissioning records.
• Assessment and cost verification of variation orders and make necessary recommendation of VOs.
• Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply status by M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors for progress payments.
• Submission of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

What this job involves:

Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. Having superb organisational skills will be vital to this role because you’ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of the designated sites. You’ll also help the manager in ensuring project success by preparing the environment, making it safe and efficient to operate in a multitier commercial / industrial building.

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, project costing, and accounting operations to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key role in monitoring project financial performance, cost allocation across construction sites, and supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

Role of Position

Develop a Master Plan & Strategies fit for specific project requirements which may be collated from technical and knowledgeable inputs of the project team (Project Manager’s, PIC’s, and Specialists’ Sub-Cons, etc.). To maintain, update, and ensure that projects are within the baseline programme.
