About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate works on-site in accordance with project specifications and timelines
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Degree must be recognized from BOA, PEB or list of recognized QS-related degrees found in PSPC terms of listing Appendix B
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office and other relevant software. Proficient in Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
