Job Purpose

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. She will be implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system that supports efficient informationmanagement with the project team.

•Responsible for submitting corporate documents punctually ensuring that ISGs quality standards aremet. Documents with poor quality may lead to further an operational problem hence it is important tosubmit each document with standard quality.

•Keep track on submission of shop drawings, once approved, copies of the updated drawings are tobe printed and sent to site.

•Ensure that all documents are submitted to their pre-designated departments before the requiredsubmission date expires in order to make submissions early.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Verification Engineer to join our team for cutting-edge server memory products. This individual will be responsible for driving the verification efforts of DDR interfaces, including advanced memory protocols such as DFI, DDR5, and LPDDR5/LPDDR6, across a range of DIMMs (Dual In-line Memory Modules). The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, C/C++, and scripting languages like Python/Perl.

• Work with a team verification engineers in the development and execution of verification plan for DDR5, LPDDR5, and DFI memory systems in server products.
• Comprehend the PHY's interaction in the complete system which includes HW (Silicon), FW, BIOS & SW and ensure that FW, BIOS & SW are aligned to enable all features of the memory interface.
• Understand RTL and micro-architecture sufficiently to engage in cross functional discussions with IP/Domain architects and Design engineers for planning and debug.

About the Team

Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organization, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office EHS. Responsibilities

- Establish and implement workplace environment principles: Develop and roll out guidelines aligned with the company’s values and culture, ensure consistent implementation across all offices, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace atmosphere.

- Ensure visual and aesthetic alignment: Oversee office visual presentation, layout and design to comply with the organization’s cultural and employer branding guidelines, maintaining a unified professional image.

- Benchmark and optimize work efficiency: Conduct industry and internal benchmarking, define quantifiable efficiency standards, and launch targeted optimization initiatives to improve overall operational productivity.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Partner with department managers, HR and admin teams to identify workplace challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.

- Enhance efficiency via technology and data: Integrate digital tools and data analytics to track workplace operations, streamline workflows and refine management strategies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of workplace design experience in technology companies.

- Minimum 5+ years of leading workplace design teams with prior experience of handling 20+ projects in team.

- Minimum 5+ years experience of collaborating with stakeholders and managing teams across multiple countries or globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a global organization.

- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience commercializing internal capabilities or building cross-functional platforms.

- Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies.

- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix organization within a flat structure.

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines
• Design of M&E systems installation and commissioning
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works
• Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM)
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule

requirement

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Min 1 year of experience in Mechancial or Electrical design (consultancy /main contractor construction environment)
• Certified Professional Engineer will be consider for lead / management role
• Industrial / commercial building experience will be a plus
• Comfortable working 4.5 days work week (Mon to friday half day)
• Training given to candidate with no experience
