We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Admin Assistant to support daily finance operations and administrative processes. The role involves handling payments, cheque issuance, system updates, and file closures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue office cheques, client cheques, and cashier orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Process payments for both office and client accounts

• Prepare and issue office receipts and maintain proper documentation

• Perform data updates and data entry into internal systems with high accuracy

• Maintain proper records and filing of financial and administrative documents

• Support file closing processes, ensuring all required documentation and transactions are completed

• Ensure all transactions comply with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations

• Assist in maintaining clear audit trails and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Min. Nitec qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Prior experience in finance administration, accounting support, or similar roles preferred

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Basic proficiency in accounting or administrative systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job description:

1. Human Resources (HR)

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory submissions

- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local regulations

- Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

- Support HR initiatives and activities as assigned

- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager

2. Administrative (Admin)

- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation

- Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and logistics

3. IT Support

- Assist in maintaining existing IT systems and infrastructure

Job Description:
