The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

Regional Digital Lending Strategy

• Develop the strategic roadmap for AI-driven digital SME lending solutions across the region and multiple ecosystem-based credit products
• Advise management on key issues (e.g., strategic initiatives, business plans, major investments) through clear framing, systems-level thinking, and rigorous analysis of the SME financing landscape.

Your responsibilities as the Property Executive will include but not limited to:

Summary 

Enterprise Resilience & Business Continuity manager serves as the company’s central coordinator and subject-matter expert for all aspects of business continuity, crisis management, and organizational resilience. This enterprise-wide role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a robust, integrated resilience program that enables the organization to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events with minimal impact to people, operations, reputation, and financial performance. 

In business-as-usual state, the role functions as a lead global Business Continuity Program Owner. During major incidents or crises, the incumbent serves as Incident Commander (or Deputy) within the enterprise crisis management framework, providing unified command, coordination, and communication across all affected functions. 

Because major incident response is not full-time, the position also performs other risk and insurance duties including property risk improvement and loss prevention for the company’s global manufacturing and operational assets in close partnership with operations, external risk engineers, and insurance carriers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Consultation and support for the Business Continuity, including business impact analyses (BIAs), recovery strategies, crisis management plans, and supporting policies/tools.

You’ll be front-end focused, playing a key role in shaping the customer experience across our MACH-based digital platform (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native, Headless), which powers 70+ websites and mobile applications across multiple Frasers Group brands. Beyond delivery, you will act as a technical mentor for our wider front-end community and a key partner to our Design, Product, and Content teams.

This role goes beyond feature delivery. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll influence technical direction, raise engineering standards, and help teams make better long-term decisions around performance, quality, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive front-end architecture decisions including component design, state management, and application structure.
• Contribute to and influence shared design systems and front-end standards used across brands and squads.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex front-end solutions using modern frameworks (primarily React, NextJS and TypeScript).
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and pairing; ensuring coding standards are kept while raising the capability of engineers around you.
• Act as a senior technical partner to Product, Design, and Content teams—shaping solutions from discovery through to delivery and providing technical support on how to use certain systems.
• Take ownership of critical customer journeys, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, performance, and resilience.
• Build, consume, and evolve GraphQL and REST APIs, contributing to Node.js backend services where required.
• Champion engineering best practices: code quality, testing strategy, performance optimisation, and security.
• Stay ahead of front-end and full-stack trends, bringing informed, pragmatic innovation into the platform.
• Stay active in the tech community, attending conferences and bringing back new ideas and knowledge to the platform.
• Proactively identify technical risks, platform constraints, and opportunities for improvement e.g. CI/CD pipelines, developer experience, and delivery flow.

We are looking for a General Manager, Malaysia to spearhead YouTrip's entry and growth in the Malaysian market, owning the full P&L, strategy and execution of YouTrip in Malaysia. 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, this will be an exciting and rare opportunity for candidates with strong entrepreneurial spirit to work closely with the C-Suite & Leadership team to explore, launch, and grow our business in Malaysia. This role is pivotal in shaping YouTrip's presence in a new market — from conducting foundational market research and navigating the licensing landscape, to building a high-performing local team and driving commercial growth.

You Will

• Explore and evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape in Malaysia
• Assist in the licensing and regulatory workstream, working closely with the Legal & Compliance team to manage submissions to relevant authoritiesLead and own the business growth and P&L of Malaysia, through the ownership strategic roadmap of the business
• Own the product roadmap for Malaysia together with Product & Engineering to identify big bets and localisation opportunities specific to the Malaysian market
• Drive business growth by leading bespoke marketing campaigns and striking marquee partnership deals tailored to the Malaysian market
• Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape in Malaysia and constantly identify new business growth opportunities
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local leadership team in Malaysia
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, identify and drive cross-functional and/or cross-country initiatives for business growth

• Entrepreneurial Self-starter & Hustler - You are not afraid to get your hands dirty with a "whatever it takes" mindset and no job is too little for you. You strive for the best in everything you do, and understand the importance to influence your team to do the same to push for performance in a high paced environment
• Experienced Commercial Leader - You have at least 10 years of senior team leadership roles in a fast-paced environment, and proven track record in multiplying business revenues. Experience in Consumer Products and/or Marketing in Malaysia are preferred. Experience in Fintech or Financial Institutions space (B2C and/or B2B) will be a strong plus
• Market Entry & Research Expert - You have hands-on experience leading market entry initiatives, including structuring and executing market research frameworks, synthesising competitive intelligence, and translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. Prior experience launching a product or business in Malaysia is a strong advantage
• Licensing & Regulatory Navigator - You have working knowledge of Malaysia’s financial services regulatory environment, including familiarity with BNM’s licensing frameworks (e.g. Payment Services Act or its equivalent). You are comfortable engaging regulators, managing licensing submissions, and coordinating with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex approval processes
• Consumer Behavior Expert - You may not come from a research background but you believe in your cultural understanding of consumer preferences in Malaysia, backed by market insights, to localise our product and GTM strategy in Malaysia
