We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Tech Governance Manager to join our team. You will be reporting to the Head of Governance, and you will work with the Tech and Engineering Teams and other Governance, Risk and Compliance functions. You will lead Grab Tech's proactive governance initiatives — ensuring compliance, scalable control design, and cross-functional alignment.

You will base onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the development and continuous update of our Technology Governance Framework, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead the identification and assessment of technology risks including AI-specific risks and defining controls to mitigate these risks.
• Collaborate with Tech and Engineering teams to ensure the systematic enforcement and automated implementation of controls within systems.
• Define metrics, systematically monitor and report on the effectiveness of governance controls and risk mitigation strategies to Leadership.

The Cargo Sales Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations. The role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.

The Master Data team contributes to transforming finance processes and systems on a global scale. As part of our Global Finance Processes & Systems Optimization team (FPSO), you’ll be at the forefront of digitalizing our operations and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and PowerBi. You’ll play a pivotal role in our finance transformation journey. 

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the expansion of our Master Data Management (MDM) model in Asia, enriching content, and ensuring top-notch quality controls. With LDC Group’s ambitious systems modernization roadmap and analytics digitization plan, you’ll be instrumental in validating core master data integration across various applications (Front & Back Offices, CRM) during rollouts, replacements, migrations, and M&A initiatives. You’ll also model new master data references and processes, ensuring robust governance. 

Collaborating closely with Data Technology & Analytics (DT&A) department (responsible for developments, configuration, and data migration operations), MDM Shared Business Services (SBS) (in charge of master data maintenance), as well as FPSO members from other streams, you’ll ensure the successful implementation and adoption of data standards and processes by business stakeholders. Main Responsibilities 

We are looking for a Master Data Business Process Owner for the Asia region to lead the following activities: 

Project Execution & Coordination 

• Coordinates across teams (Business, Rollout, Migration team) to ensure alignment on planning, mapping, and reconciliation 

• Coordinate resolution and questions within the BPO team and across teams as necessary 

• Manage resources (if assigned)

Data Migration

• Aligns with EBX Migration Team and MDM Business Process Owner for validation and publication of master data  

Data Integration 

• Acts as the central point for gap analysis for integrating MDM core model across applications (Front & back offices mainly) while understanding specific local requirements 

• Ensures compliance with MDM Core Model processes and country-specific requirements 

• Participates in Back & Front office Design decisions.  

• Collect and Validate Requirements: Gather and confirm requirements from business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs. 

• Collaborate with DT&A: Work closely with DT&A to develop a data model that meets the requirements of all stakeholders. 

• Drive gap resolution, identified during projects and continuous improvement activities by assessing their impact on the global Core model. Analyze and resolve specific local process and data requirements in collaboration with business and project teams with the support from MDM BPO. 

User Support & Change management 

• Train and Activate: Provide training to all impacted stakeholders and oversee the activation of new processes. Support the BPO team in understanding and presenting the MDM Core model and processes to local teams and facilitate knowledge sharing among MDM BPO team members. 

• Ensure Hypercare Support: Manage the hyper care period by offering quick solutions and support to users. 

The employee should have a good understanding of Master Data, appetite to interact with cross-functional & various project teams and have a strong process knowledge (best practices, key controls etc). He/She should also have a solid experience on IT projects, ideally related to Master Data processes for Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling. 

Experience 

7 years minimum of strong operational experience ideally mixing: 

• Master Data experience (processes, model, control framework, governance) across business applications (with strong focus on SAP) & other integration tools  

• Experience in IT projects: functional end-to-end process / organization / methodology design & deployment, project management and integration with other projects 

• Understanding of underlying system architecture, IT tools and IT implications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional SEA language (Vietnamese, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai) is a strong advantage
• Experience managing in-country teams or local partners remotely.

Job Summary:

The Graphic Design & Concept Assistant Manager supports the creative team in developing and executing visual designs that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives. This role combines hands-on design work with team coordination, ensuring that creative projects are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and effectively support marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:              

As the Graphic Design & Concept Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creative Design

• Develop high-quality visual assets for digital, print, retail, and social media platforms.
• Design marketing materials including campaign visuals, advertisements, POSM, in-store displays, banners, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Adapt global or regional creative assets to suit local market needs.

Project Management

• Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in managing design timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple design projects across marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Work closely with marketing, retail, and digital teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Team Support & Leadership

• Guide and mentor senior and junior designers.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency.
• Support the manager in maintaining workflow efficiency and creative standards.

Brand & Creative Direction

• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand tone, positioning, and campaign strategy.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand innovation.
• Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design libraries.

Production & Vendor Coordination

• Prepare artwork files for print and production ensuring correct specifications.
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers, production houses, and event fabricators.
• Conduct quality checks on final outputs to ensure high production standards.

Other Responsibilities

Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager and/or Management.

• Lead the technical and commercial structuring of BESS components within utility solar tenders — defining system capacity, duration, cycling assumptions, and grid services capability.
• Develop and maintain BESS financial models — including dispatch revenue, grid services income, degradation assumptions, capex/opex buildups, and project IRR contribution.
• Advise on optimal BESS system architecture for each project based on site requirements, grid conditions, and offtake terms.
• Review and validate BESS technical specifications provided by equipment suppliers and EPC contractors.
• Lead BESS component preparation for all LSS6 and future tender submissions requiring storage integration.
• Ensure BESS elements of tender submissions are technically accurate, commercially competitive, and compliant with programme requirements.
• Support the EPCC team in evaluating BESS subcontractors and equipment suppliers for tender nominations.
• Track TNB, EC, and SEDA announcements on grid services, ancillary markets, and storage-related policy developments.
• Assess revenue opportunities from frequency regulation, peak shaving, and other grid services for applicable projects.
• Brief all four pillars on relevant storage policy developments that affect project economics or tender requirements.
• Support financial close preparation for projects with BESS components — preparing lender-ready technical descriptions, operating assumptions, and risk summaries.
• Engage with BESS equipment suppliers, independent engineers, and technology consultants on project-specific requirements.

• 3–5 years in battery energy storage, grid-scale energy, or utility-scale solar with storage integration.
• Hands-on experience structuring BESS components for project finance or competitive tenders.
• Financial modelling proficiency — storage dispatch economics, degradation, grid services revenue.
• Familiarity with Malaysian energy policy (LSS, EC guidelines, TNB grid requirements) is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of BESS system architecture — lithium-ion chemistry, inverter configurations, DC/AC coupling, BMS requirements.
• Able to review and challenge technical specifications from equipment suppliers and EPC contractors.
• Proficient in Excel financial modelling with storage-specific variables.
