§ Benefits Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities
§ Responsible for day to day workflow in benefits administration including statutory benefits
§ Provide customer service to resolve and close issues raised thru RT system.
§ Assist in executing employee services such as APE, vaccination programs, drug testing and clinic management
§ Administer employee rewards program
§ Process permits, renewal of registration such as DOLE registration, makati individual permit requirements amongst others as required and attend to statutory audits conducted by DOLE , LGus etc.
Specific Responsibilities
§ Review processing of documents required by the government agencies related benefits eg SSS sickness and maternity benefits , reporting of new hires, resigned employees and other reportorial requirements by the government and
§ Administer and ensure renewal of certifications and other permits as required by the private and government organizations
§ Perform other administrative and complex tasks related to benefits administration as required by the Benefits Supervisor and Compensation and Benefits Manager
§ Facilitates statutory benefits orientation and one on one consultation with employees
§ Administration, management and direct coordination of protective benefits of employees to accredited service providers:
o Health insurance of employees and dependents
o Group Life Insurance
o Accident Insurance
o Memorial Plan
§ Management and administration of company-wide projects such as:
o Company Uniform
o Annual Physical Examination
o Annual Random Drug Testing
o Annual vaccination programs (Flu, Cervical)
o Service Awards
§ Coordinate with external providers on benefits requirements
