Job Scope:

• Experience with fleet management and truck maintenance preferred
• To assist in truck delivery arrangements, route planning

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the registered Competent Person with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).

Tanggungjawab:

• Mengendalikan pemprosesan fungsi Akaun harian (pengalaman perakaunan lengkap diperlukan) di peringkat Syarikat;
• Menyusun, menyediakan, menganalisis dan mentafsir laporan, menjawab pertanyaan kewangan, bajet kewangan, analisis varians dan Penyata Kewangan kepada pengurusan atasan termasuk butiran Analisis saham, prestasi sasaran jualan dan sebagainya. Laporan diperlukan secara ad hoc.
• Menyediakan dan mengurus bajet, aliran tunai dan aliran perdagangan syarikat.
• Menyemak dan melaksanakan kawalan dalaman dan sistem aliran data untuk meningkatkan kecekapan operasi anak syarikat.
• Menyelia kakitangan akaun dan memahami proses untuk meningkatkan kecekapan aliran kerja dan mencadangkan penambahbaikan berterusan,
• Menyemak dokumen/laporan penetapan harga pindahan.
• Penyerahan laporan berkanun kepada semua pemegang kepentingan yang berkaitan
• Menjalankan tugasan ad-hoc dari semasa ke semasa.

Keperluan:

• Sekurang-kurangnya Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan, atau kelayakan perakaunan profesional atau yang setaraf.
• Minimum 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam perakaunan atau pengalaman kerja yang terbukti sebagai eksekutif akaun bebas atau peranan yang serupa.
• Pengalaman menggunakan perisian perakaunan & Microsoft Office.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan kemahiran pengurusan masa yang cemerlang.
• Kemahiran interpersonal yang kukuh dengan keupayaan untuk bekerjasama dengan semua peringkat pekerja.
• Ketersediaan segera untuk memulakan kerja akan menjadi satu kelebihan.
