JOB CONTENT:

• Responsible for ensuring that the right quantity and right electronic component parts are being received in, stored, picked, processed, quality checked and packed to fulfil customers’ orders based on the Service Level Agreement – in an efficient manner

Role Mission：
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the billing and inventory processes, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves working with a team to prepare invoices and delivery orders, maintain inventory, and ensure the timely recording of payments. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents, performing general data entry, providing ad hoc support and backup to the team as required. Job Description：

2.  Tally and check documents to ensure consistency and accuracy before submission or filing.

3.  Ensure payments are properly recorded in the system upon receipt and assist the team with "knocking off" payments in the system.

4.  Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed in the system.

5. Perform general data entry duties as required, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.

6.  Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.

7.  Identify and implement improvements in billing, inventory, and payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

8. Generate reports related to invoices, payments, and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant supports warehouse operations by assisting in put-away, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform put-away of received goods into the correct storage locations following FIFO

practices.

2. Pick and pack goods according to pick lists or sales orders accurately and efficiently.
