What does a Senior Manager, GTM & Commercialization, Visa Direct Asia Pacific does: 

Product Commercialization is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end commercialization lifecycle of Visa Direct capabilities — from shaping early product propositions and go‑to‑market strategy, through launch execution, to initial scale.

The role acts as the single accountable orchestrator across Product, Sales, Technology, Network, Risk, Legal, Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure new and enhanced capabilities are translated into market‑ready, commercially viable solutions with strong product‑market fit. Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is a key business pillar in Visa that leads money movement solutions and platforms for commercial clients – from micro, small and mid-sized companies to large corporations, government institutions and other payment enablers across their journey. The CMS Client Service team is responsible for closely partnering with our clients and internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver CMS solutions and platforms, ranging from new client implementations and onboarding to business-as-usual support, consultation and client success.

Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.

All associated capabilities and services will report into the three functions in VAS – Acceptance Sales, Solution Sales and Technical Enablement. What’s the role all about?

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our existing Real Time Transaction Monitoring Team.

As our Compliance Manager you will support the performance and day-to-day efficiencies of our Transaction Monitoring analysts in Pasay. You’ll use our systems and reporting to ensure that Compliance controls are being used correctly by the team to ensure we are mitigating risk whilst achieving SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

You’ll be managing the night shift working 9pm-6am to ensure we have full escalation coverage 24/5 and support the onsite analyst during shift.

What we expect of you, day to day:

• Ensure the effective and efficient week-to-week operations of the TSS team - and that daily/weekly targets are met 
• Own the development of your analysts/senior analysts through effective OKR setting and performance management 
• Identify key insights and actions from the Weekly and Monthly TM reporting and share any standout themes with the Team Manager
• Complete the monthly team QA and oversee all projects and processes to continuously improve the quality of Analyst work and drive customer experience.
• Identify and diagnose people, process, or system problems → implement a short-term fix → plan out any long-term solution, working with other stakeholders where required
• Support the Training Team/Senior Analysts with the design and delivery of onboarding/ ongoing training of the team 
• Support the Team Manager with internal (e.g., Customer team) and external (e.g., client) meetings where required   
• Be an escalation point for challenging transactions, HVTs, or clients/CSM requests (e.g., in Open) with the support of the Senior Analysts.
• Ensure the TSS team meets key SLAs, including resource and shift planning.
• Own all client issues and actions related to the TSS team
• Assist Compliance Management with complex queries, reporting, and analysis of client behaviour
• Collaborate closely with Compliance Management on the delivery of the wider compliance and business framework

Compliance  Associate -Transaction Monitoring:
We are looking for a Compliance individual who is passionate about taking on a new challenge within the payments, financial services and FX industry.
As a Compliance Analyst you will form a critical part of our day-to-day Transaction Monitoring controls. You’ll use our systems to ensure that Compliance risks are adequately identified, assessed, monitored, controlled and reported as required.

This role is on a 24/7 shift-based rota and will require the candidate to commit to the following:  Early shift 07:00 -15:00, Day shift 09:00 – 17:00, Late shift 15:00-23:00 and Night shift 23:00-07:00 on a rotating basis.

The Details:

• Day to day Transaction Monitoring, identifying any potentially fraudulent or illegal activity. 
• Analyze payment and compliance data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns. 
• Proactively escalate urgent cases to the MLRO/DMLRO for further review. 
• Conduct screening on PEPs and sanctioned entities and investigate potential hits. 
• Work across teams and departments to proactively identify and resolve operational compliance queries. 
• Complete Compliance administration (such as keeping client records up to date) as required. 
• Assist with the review of current processes and suggest improvements to the processes as well as systems used. 
• Keep up to date with current and future regulatory changes and financial crime typologies that affect the business.
