Responsibilities:

Risk Control

• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the risk management framework by adhering to internal risk policies and staying up to date with regulatory standards and industry best practices

• Assist in the administration of non-cash collateral including government securities, letters of credit, and emerging digital assets. • Monitor collateral adequacy and concentration limits across clearing members, including daily reconciliation of posted collateral against margin requirements and guarantee fund contributions
  
• Build and maintain reports for regular management, member and regulatory reporting

Risk Development:

• Monitor the performance of risk models, ensuring their appropriateness and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of risk data.
  
• Participate in stress testing exercises to evaluate margin adequacy under extreme market scenarios, including reverse stress testing and sensitivity analysis for key risk parameters

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to onboard, manage and grow relationships with participants of our Market Development Program across the exchange’s commodities derivatives markets.  

This role is critical to managing client interactions while monitoring performance versus program requirements. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of exchange trading mechanics, market making strategies, and liquidity incentive structures, and will work closely with internal Product, Market Operations, Technology and Commercial teams to optimize participant performance and ultimately program returns to effectively deepen liquidity of Abaxx markets.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated Market Maker and Liquidity Development participants 
  

• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with trading firms, proprietary trading houses, banks, and specialist market makers 
  

• Gain a thorough understanding of Abaxx Market Development Program structure, client trading strategies, risk appetites, operational requirements, including infrastructure set up 
  

• Work closely with Product Leads, CMO and Legal to launch new programs and revise existing programs to continuously deepen market liquidity while meeting budget constraints and business objectives

Job Expectations

Job Description

• Develop detailed radio frequency (RF) translation plans and system architectures
• Evaluate key performance parameters such as gain, noise figure (NF), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption to ensure a robust and predictable design
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to drive PCB implementation, with a focus on clean power supply design, interconnect integrity, EMI compliance, and RF transmission performance
• Participate in design reviews and prepare comprehensive documentation across all stages of development, from concept to final prototype testing and characterization
• Perform parametric evaluation of transceivers, including Pout, IMD/IP3, EVM, and noise parameters using spectrum analyzers and modulation analyzers
• Conduct wireless link-level functional evaluations to complete product characterization
• Work closely with product engineering teams on certification processes, new product introduction (NPI), and Transfer of Technology (ToT) for high-volume production

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, Digital Communication Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in the design and integration of RF, analog, and mixed-signal blocks such as power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), mixers, frequency synthesizers, filters, couplers, detectors, and microcontrollers

• Conduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing
