The Deputy Design Manager is primarily responsible to lead the coordination within the technical team (Structural, Architectural and M&E). • Assist in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Learn and comply with SCDF, BCA, and WSH regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related Engineering field
• Exposure to fire protection systems or building services is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is preferred
• Basic understanding of fire safety principles and codes
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team
• The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
