Job Summary

The Purple Team Analyst is a key member of the Group Information Security function. This role operates directly under the Group Information Security Senior Manager and works at the intersection of offensive and defensive security. 

The analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing hands-on red teaming, penetration testing, threat-driven security engineering, and validating defensive controls against real-world adversary techniques. The role requires strong expertise in Windows forensic analysis, including the ability to conduct full forensic acquisitions and investigations. The Purple Team Analyst must be able to build complete forensic timelines, interpret artefacts, and leverage offensive security knowledge to identify attacker behaviours, uncover persistence mechanisms, and reconstruct intrusion paths.

Update the client’s compliance programs as necessary to keep them current with new regulatory requirements and best business practices. • Oversee the preparation and review of NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor communications
• Document exceptions and prepare error reports 
• Coordinate with cluster partners or clients on deadlines and deliverables, planning and assigning workload within the team
• Represent the team in cluster/client meetings and internal discussions
• Address complex client issues and transactions, making decisions on proper treatments and escalating when necessary
• Review and approve standard operating procedures before deploying to team members for usage
• Monitor and ensure the resolution of all review comments and queries within agreed timeframes
• Draft and review error reports and compliance cases, proposing corrective actions and preventive measures
• Stay updated on new methodologies, standards, and regulations, ensuring their application within the team
• Track work progress through timesheet completion 
• Participate in required training programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs
