What will you do?

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. What are we looking for?

What will you do?

As a Data Scientist, you will use data science and Generative AI techniques to develop models and products that support a range of divisions across investment promotion, industry development and corporate functions.

What are we looking for?

What will you do?

As a Project Manager for Digital Transformation, you will lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives focused on modernizing MOE's websites and CRM systems. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered customer experience solutions and digital platform transformations. Working closely with product managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will drive project excellence by establishing clear governance frameworks, managing risks, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Your primary focus will be orchestrating the transformation of legacy CRM systems into modern AI-powered solutions and overseeing the development of internet-facing applications, including knowledge management systems and self-service platforms for parents and educators.

Project Leadership and Governance

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks for website and CRM transformation initiatives. Develop detailed project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Lead project steering committees and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

• Manage diverse project teams including product managers, developers, business analysts, UX designers, and vendor partners. CRM System Migration Management

Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes whilst ensuring compliance with government security standards and data governance requirements.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet user requirements and performance standards. Develop contingency plans for critical project dependencies and potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Budget and Resource Management

What are we looking for?
