Performance Marketing Intern

The intern runs the creative testing pipeline. He/she turns hypotheses into assets, putting them in front of real audiences, and reading what comes back. Core focus is paid user acquisition across multiple digital ad platforms (e.g. Google and Meta), with SEO work filling the gaps between campaign cycles.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys analyzing results just as much as creating the ads that produce them.

This is a 6-month, full-time, in-person, paid role based in our Singapore office, specifically for current pre-uni, polytechnic or university students residing in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Creative testing pipeline. Research new angles, write briefs, produce upload-ready assets, log every test in the Creative Testing Tracker.

• Weekly data-to-creative summary. Every week, one paragraph: what did the data show this week, and what should be tested next.

Who we're looking for:

Because this program involves switching pods every two months (working in 60-day sprints), you need to be highly adaptable and eager to learn the specific strategies and tools for each pillar. • Assisting in product launch activities, including preparation and coordination
• Supporting internal and external event planning (roadshows, exhibitions, corporate events, etc.)
• Coordinating and executing marketing plans and promotional activities
• Contributing to PR initiatives, including drafting press releases and supporting media coordination

Tasks:

• Assist cost analysis, simulations, and forecasting for various HR cost centers to support the development of the Business Plan. 
• Assist in Cross charging activities
• Support C/HRR on overall Country Human Resource topics including but not limited to Learning and Development and Resourcing
• Support Human Resource digitalization projects, including data migration and process documentation. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in creating engaging media content for recruitment, Human Resource events, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This includes developing written content, sourcing compelling visuals, and ensuring alignment with C/HRR overall communication strategy.

• Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Help organize and attend promotional events or trade shows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service.
