We are looking for experienced event florists to support an upcoming in-store activation with a luxury brand.

Role:

• Create hand bouquets on the spot (flower bar concept)
• Assist and guide customers in selecting flowers
• Confidently interact with clients and represent the brand well
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the flower station

Requirements:

• Prior experience in floristry (must be able to wrap bouquets independently)
• Comfortable and confident speaking to customers
• Pleasant, well-groomed and presentable
• Fast, neat and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised

About the role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Content Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating promotional content, creating brand awareness, growing the page and increasing engagement.

You will:

• Produce branded content for Carousell Luxury’s various channels for marketing purposes in required formats, mainly for our Xiao Hong Shu and other marketing channels
• Brainstorm and conceptualise ideas together with the Luxury marketing team:
  Strategise and plan content calendar
  For videos, you will conceptualise and execute your ideas
  For static content, you will conceptualise ideas and execute visual assets
• Collaborate with Luxury marketing team to optimise and improve content to hit KPIs
• Post content on our social platforms on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Interest and passion for the luxury industry
• Personality that likes to engage people and loves meeting new people
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, mobile editing softwares like CapCut
• Experience in videography, photography and scriptwriting
• Good understanding of all social media platforms.
• A strong pulse of cultural conversations and understanding of trends
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, stay level-headed, the willingness to learn, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines

We are a construction doing many different types of construction project, one of which is HDB Home Improvement Programme, those staying in the older flat will know it. Work site will be situated at Woodland

As a brief the job scope are as follows:-

1) Attending to feedback by resident ;

2) Arranging test/survey into resident unit ;

3) Preparing schedule for internal works ;

4) Liaise with Supplier/Sub con on the rectification and ongoing works ;

5) Preparing Notices to resident on the oncoming activities ;

6) Assisting Project Manager on admin and other works ;

7) Prepare before and after photos of work done for QS cprogress claim;

8) Attending night meeting(once a month or once every 3 months), off will be given ;

There will be 3 person working in a team at the information centre , 1 PRO and 2 APRO. PRO will guide you through all the procedure.

The working hours will be either from 830am to 530pm or 9am to 6pm, alternate Saturday off.

We are looking for a Research Engineer who will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of transceivers and couplers for reliable signal transmission and reception over vehicular powerlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement PCB-based transceiver circuits for transmitting and receiving data signals over powerlines.

• Develop adaptive couplers capable of delivering reflectionless signal transmission and reception under varying source and load terminations.

• Design and optimize filtering solutions to prevent signal interference with other electronic components in the system.

• Collaborate with communication systems researchers to enable the generation and processing of the required PLC waveforms.

• Work closely with the specialists to refine prototypes and ensure full compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.

• Define specifications, select and order components, connectors, cables to withstand automotive operating conditions

• Prepare reports, discuss test results, present to stakeholders, and track progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, communications engineering, or related fields.

• Familiarity with SPICE, S-parameter circuit models and ability to simulate & optimize for S-parameters.

• Ability to perform schematic capture, PCB layout design for filters/RF coupler circuits, and to generate Bill of Materials and Gerber files.

• Soldering, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical fixing for prototyping.

• Hands-on experience in using multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and vector network analyzer.

• Background in microwave circuit design, signal generation and processing.

• Experience in Altium Designer, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Keysight ADS, CST or similar tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of transceiver and coupler design is a plus.
