QAQC technician

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection of raw materials,in-process products, and finished goods

• Perform testing according to standard procedures(e.g., physical, chemical, membrane tests) and record and analyze test dataaccurately

• Monitor production and use laboratory instruments and measurement tools (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, TOC, tensile tester, etc)

• Identify non-conforming products and report issues and support root cause analysis for defects

• Ensure compliance with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards, SOPs). Review batch records, test reports, and documentation

• Participate in internal audits and inspections. Implement and maintain quality procedures and documentation control

• Maintain accurate lab records and inspection logs. Ensure traceability of materials and products

• Follow laboratory safety protocols and regulations. Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals/materials. Maintain clean and organized work environment

• Work closely with production and R&D Teams. Support for R&D and production in the case of urgency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biochemical Engineering,  or equivalent.

• Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Microsoft words, excels, power point literate.

• Fresh graduates may apply.

Requirements

• End device (e.g. Readers) installation methodologies andMaintenance Process

. Conduct Testing and Commissioning with Consultant, Userand other Contractors

• Perform software patches/update to the system whennecessary, with guidance from Senior Engineer

• Support Contract administration works (reports, ordering,billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenancechecklist etc)

Job Summary

Manage and lead a team of technicians and contractors to deliver efficient mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services and soft services maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, oversee compliance with regulations, and ensure service level agreements are met to support seamless facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of in-house technicians, including roster planning, to execute daily building M&E services effectively
