1. Architecture & Platform (Frameworks)

• Design an orchestration platform enabling consistent use of LLMs (invocation, routing, retries, fallbacks, caching, batching, cost controls).
• Create reusable libraries/SDKs for prompts, tools (LangChain Tools / SK Functions), memory, evaluators, tracing, and policy enforcement.
• Establish standards for prompt management & versioning, evaluation harnesses, and model lifecycle governance (routing, rollback, deprecation).
• Define reference architectures for common patterns: chat + RAG, structured output, tool-enabled agents, doc intelligence, and workflow automation.

2. Agentic Patterns & Tooling

• Implement robust multi-agent patterns (planner/executor, supervisor/worker, critic/reviewer, self-reflective loops).
• Build tool-use integrations for APIs, databases, web search, code execution, internal services; ensure idempotent contracts and safe tool invocation.
• Design long-horizon planning with memory, state persistence, and interruption/resume semantics.

3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Architect RAG pipelines with hybrid search, chunking, metadata filtering, re-ranking, and retrieval routing.
• Integrate vector search (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and document preprocessing (parsing, dedup, PII scrubbing, quality gates).
• Measure and improve factual grounding (hallucination reduction, answerability, coverage

4. Security, Safety & Compliance

Implement guardrails (prompt injection defense, output filtering, jailbreak detection, PII redaction, policy checks).
Enforce RBAC, secrets management, audit logs, and data governance aligned with organizational policies (e.g., PDPA/MAS TRM/GDPR where applicable).
Build human-in-the-loop (HITL) mechanisms for review, escalation, and feedback capture.

5. Reliability, Observability & Cost

• Set SLOs/SLA for latency, reliability, and cost-per-task; design token accounting and budget caps.
• Implement tracing/telemetry (OpenTelemetry), structured logs, dashboards (Grafana), and A/B testing for prompts/models/routing.
• Optimize performance & cost (caching, prompt compression, response truncation, adaptive model selection).

6. Delivery & Collaboration

• Partner with product, security, and data teams to deliver production workflows end-to-end.
• Lead design reviews, technical docs, and internal enablement (playbooks, templates, starter kits).
• Mentor engineers; uplift engineering practices for LLM apps and orchestration.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Data/AI, Information Systems, or equivalent.

6–10+ years in software or AI engineering; 2+ years with LLM apps/orchestration.

Hands-on with LangChain and/or Semantic Kernel building production-grade chains/agents/tools.

Strong Python engineering; CI/CD, testing, typed code, performance tuning.

Practical RAG experience and vector databases; prompt engineering & structured output (JSON schemas).

Cloud experience (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/K8s), and secure service integration.

Proven track record shipping reliable, observable, and cost-aware LLM solutions.

The Role

The role reports directly to the team lead. He or She is responsible for supporting the Professional Engineers on the design and supervision of new erections, addition and alteration (A&A) work to existing buildings, earth retaining and stabilising systems, specialist designs for the facade, glass, demolition works etc, as well as temporary works. The role may also be required to conduct site inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works;
• Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and contractors for projects; and
• Supervise and inspect construction works;

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution;
• Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills in geotechnical and structural analysis and design work would be an advantage;
• A good knowledge of the application of design and drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro, Plaxis, Prota, and Tedds would be an advantage.

Job Description

The Videographer plays a pivotal role in the agency’s growth as well as our clients’ by creating strategic storytelling and high-impact video contents that drive the success of our clients' campaigns across various industries and platforms. You will own the end-to-end video process — from concept and pre-production to filming and editing — with a strong focus on short-form social media content.

Responsibilities

Create original video content: plan, storyboard, and execute video concepts for brand, campaign and social media assets.

Film on-location and in-studio, independently handling camera, basic lighting, and audio. Capture both A-roll and B-roll, including multi-camera setups.

Scope of work

The Consultant will be responsible for completing the following tasks:

Task 1: Review of Project Inputs

• Review available project documentation, including proposed production capacity, feedstock types, and site characteristics.

Task 4: Preliminary Plant Layout

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Solution Architect – Product Sourcing, you are responsible for the solution architecture supporting several products across the area with focus on Sourcing, Component and Data and AI capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale systems.
• Experience documenting and communicating architecture across business, process, information, application, and technology perspectives.
• Ability to translate complex business flows into clear solution designs and architecture artefacts. 
• Proven experience in solution architecture within cloud-native and microservices environments.
• Advanced understanding of integration technologies such as Kafka, Solace, and Azure API Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance-by-design principles.
• Experience on AI solutions architecture and deployment is an advantage.
• Experience working across federated, multi-team environments in a scaled agile setup.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost-conscious design decisions across infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
• Strong judgment in balancing technical ambition with delivery velocity and resource constraints.
• Experience from retail, ecommerce, or global organizations is an advantage. 
• Strong understanding of capability modelling and domain-driven design (DDD) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the Design Management Coordination for all disciplines along with the sub-consultants
• Ensure Technical Design quality is implemented as per the client brief.
• Ensure Requirements and Codal Compliance 
• Collaborate with Cost Consultants (where needed) to ensure emerging designs are meeting budget targets.
• Manage Design management trackers and registers:
  • Assumptions, Issues, Design Change & Decisions Register
  • Resource Register / RFI Register
• Creation of Monthly Design Report 
• Follow up and implement comments and responses during design review

Responsibilities: 

• Guide SME reviewing designs, and ensure that project requirements are met
• Sharing weekly reports and risk registers
• Participation in all design workshops for assigned projects
• Coordination with internal discipline leads, vertical leads, etc
• Enlisting all required dwgs, documentation on a project and delivery tracking
• Ensuring the Design schedule is integrated with the PM schedule and effectively tracked
• Taking a step back and looking at the project, highlight necessary escalations and take steps to ensure deliverables are on track
• Prepare a client signed off value management sheet
• Participate and steer all value engineering workshops
• Collaborate with internal discipline leads on all potential value engineering avenues
• Reviewing of all concept drawings / involve in concept closure
• Detailed review of tendering stage. Adequate evidence to show the involvement
• Detailed review of GFC stage. Adequate evidence to justify required
• Budget / estimate in sync with design. Validate from CC where possible
• Arrange and/or facilitate design coordination and design review meetings and workshops
• Coordination with Client's stake holders and raising red flags for delays in decisions from clients

The Role

This is a fixed‑term role to backfill a parental leave position. We are seeking an experienced workspace strategist and designer with a strong design and design‑strategy background who will lead the design / fit‑out stream of SEEK workspace projects, with a particular focus on a significant, large‑scale project currently in site selection. You will ensure our aspirations are translated into quality, highly functional and great‑value design outcomes that are truly “us”.

You will:

• Use the SEEK Workspace Playbook as the core framework for all projects, ensuring new workspaces align to our standards and intent, and refine the strategy as needed for each site, market and way of working. Work closely with the Workspace Project Director to coordinate internal delivery streams (e.g. Technology, OX), guiding them to define the right requirements and feed information and decisions into the design at the right time, while jointly managing timeline, budget, supply chain and risk.
• Lead briefing activities aligned to our purpose so that specific requirements are captured and considered, and the external team is clear on our aspirations, constraints and measures of success.
• Work alongside the Workspace Project Director to lead the design of SEEK workspaces, while supporting our Office Experience (OX) and Technology teams to ensure milestones, dependencies and operational requirements are identified and met.
• Be a key connector between SEEK and external design / project teams, ensuring design solutions are right for SEEK and not just “off‑the‑shelf” proposals. You will actively challenge and guide external designers and consultants to achieve the best outcome for SEEK and our people.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, maintaining regular contact to understand how our spaces are working, how teams are evolving, and what’s changing in headcount and ways of working.
• Workspace Planning, gather and interpret data (e.g. headcount, utilisation, ways‑of‑working insights, survey and research data) to inform workspace strategies, test design assumptions and measure outcomes.
• Be a key contributor to the Workspace Project Director to ensure projects remain aligned to the agreed purpose and parameters of cost, time and scope, and that risks and opportunities are clearly identified, communicated and managed (including recommending well‑reasoned deviations where these better achieve the project purpose).
• Manage the production of project documentation (e.g. presentations, status reports, risk registers, minutes/agendas, design packs) and/or ensure delivery of agreed external consultant reporting.
• Monitor external consultants and contractors to ensure work and deliverables (including design stages) are produced to the required quality and submitted/completed on time.
• Plan, facilitate and document meetings and workshops (e.g. stakeholder briefings, co‑design sessions, design reviews, lessons learned), ensuring the right people, inputs and artefacts are in the room.

The Team

This role sits within Finance and Business Support (FABS) in the Workspaces team and reports to the Head of Workspace Strategy & Travel.

You will work closely with internal delivery teams including Office Experience (OX) and Technology, and with external consultant teams including Project Managers, Architects / Interior Designers, Property Consultants, Engineers and Cost Consultants.
