Contract-2 Years
Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all contract-related matters between the contractor and the team
• Plan, monitor, and govern all O&M activities including platform maintenance, upgrades, patch management, security remediation, and service request delivery.
• Chair and attend regular governance meetings with  PSC; prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 working days.
• Produce monthly progress reports covering: resource utilisation, SLA performance, incident tracking, SR status, storage and performance metrics, and audit readiness.

Join us as a Business Development Manager (Sales Manager) in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. We’re looking for someone who can:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved.

Financial returns:

• Analyse current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
• Procure new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with travel agencies and corporate clients, within local and international companies. Maintains contact with planners, corporate accounts, and incentive buyers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
• Monitor, analyse and report variations from the budget
• Make group pricing decisions upon consultation with Revenue team & Director/Assistant Director of Sales
• Secure new corporate account to the company

People:

• Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing as well as the Assistant Director of Sales to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.
• Maintain a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation
• Ensure training needs analysis of sales staff is carried out and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet needs
• Coach junior colleagues by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good relations

Guest experience:

• Oversee the selling and servicing of group business
• Meet with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish and continuously updates mailing lists

Responsible business:

• Manage key accounts
• Monitor competitor activities
• Plan and execute sales trips to major market areas
• Produce monthly Sales reports and forecasts
• Produce SMART Plan for monthly review
• Acquired events for banquet and F&B

Accountability

Responsible for sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the Sales Team. May manage professional level and administrative sales team

members.

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field
• At least 4 years of related experience
• Possess good market knowledge

We are seeking a high-calibre, technically proficient Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across Singapore and the ASEAN region. This role requires a deep understanding of complex solutions, consultative selling, and long-cycle enterprise deals, with direct accountability for revenue generation, pipeline development, and strategic partnerships.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and client transformation, engaging C-level stakeholders and delivering high-value solutions.

• Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception development Phase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project.
• Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant and NSC.
• Monitor the site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor
• Develop project schedule
• Attend site meeting or progress meeting with client/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team.
• Handles all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports (emails, site progress report weekly update project schedule, etc.)
• Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials
• Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager.
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (submit weekly site progress report to management)

Responsibility:

• Project & Product Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone schedules in partnership with contracted vendors. Lead feature planning and prioritisation processes informed by user feedback analysis, business impact assessment, technical complexity evaluation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Transform high-level project objectives into executable action plans through effective task decomposition, prioritisation frameworks, and strategic contribution to overall project vision.
• Product Strategy & Performance: Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to develop product roadmaps and success metrics, regularly monitoring performance against established benchmarks. Oversee project progress tracking and deliver comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership. Maintain centralised project documentation repositories and ensure knowledge management best practices.
• Problem Prioritisation & Impact Assessment: Evaluate and prioritise identified problems based on user impact severity, business value potential, technical feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic alignment.
• Agile Delivery: Facilitate daily scrum standups and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with end users to establish Definition of Done criteria for sprint deliverables and milestone achievements. Continuously monitor technical debt accumulation and recommend roadmap adjustments to optimise solution reliability and performance.
• Technical Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between vendor solutions and product requirements, identifying integration challenges, customisation needs, and potential technical debt implications. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive solution development by synthesising complex data including problem statements, user pain points, capability gaps, proposed solutions, operational workarounds, and service journey enhancements into actionable recommendations aligned with project goals.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management or equivalent recognised project and/or product management
• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with Finance ERP platforms
• Minimum 1 cycle of Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall product implementation experience
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, preferably in government or regulated environments
• High Proficiency in analysing business requirements and translating them into system functionality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior and junior stakeholders
• Have experience working in financial industries setting (e.g., Banking, Insurance) will be an advantage
• Certification in major finance ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage
