Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, quality records, and correspondence.
• Ensure the latest approved documents are distributed to relevant project teams.
• Prepare, update, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspection records, and document registers.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, material approvals, warranties, and test certificates.
• Conduct site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of project records upon project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction, Engineering, Building, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and document control processes, including ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, material approvals, and quality records.
• Familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to prepare meeting minutes and coordinate project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safe work practices and procedures on the construction site
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and records
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is applied within site at all time.
• Collaborate with the project management team to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of the project
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Safety Officer / Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Safety Coordinator in the construction industry with relevant experience in LTA projects are welcome to apply.
• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
• A team player who is hands on and meticulous in his/her work
• Possess own vehicle

Job Summary

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy, resource allocation, budget adherence, and safety compliance. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and consultants to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases to ensure timely and efficient completion
• Define project scope and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project demands effectively
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Coordinate with main and sub-contractors on shop drawings, catalogues, and technical submissions to ensure alignment
• Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies, advising engineering teams before work commencement
• Participate in main contractor coordination and technical meetings to resolve issues and align project goals
• Engage with architects and consultants to understand and implement their directions accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Architecture, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metal roofing, structural, or construction industries
• Knowledge of local government safety requirements, rules, and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through project management roles
• Preferably a Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Possession of own car for site visits and coordination
