Key Responsibilities
· Provide functional leadership for Core Banking Product implementations, primarily involving Oracle FLEXCUBE, including configuration and parameterization activities.
· Lead requirements gathering, functional walkthroughs, GAP analysis, and solution fitment for core banking solutions.
· Support data migration, report implementation, system integration, and change management activities as part of core banking programmes.
· Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including defect analysis and resolution support.
· Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation, including:
- o Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- o Functional Specifications
- o User Manuals and Training Materials
· Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members, including business analysts and testing analysts.
· Support testing activities, including coordination of manual and automation testing efforts.
· Work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to support project delivery across different regions.
Requirements
· Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking domain, with substantial exposure to Core Banking Product implementations.
· At least 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking Product.
· Proven experience delivering core banking implementation, integration, reporting, and change management projects.
· Demonstrated experience performing Business Analyst roles within core banking programmes.
· Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
· Experience supporting manual and automation testing activities.
· Prior involvement in pre-sales activities within a banking or system integration environment.
