The role’s scope includes oversight of vendor and contract matters from an IT perspective (e.g., SLAs and technology refresh cycles), corrective and preventive maintenance, documentation and inventory accuracy, and overall operational stewardship of MDOTS/EMS environments.

In this role, the Senior Executive, OpTech will execute the mandate by establishing structured processes to assess MDOTS vulnerabilities, implementing risk mitigation activities, and coordinating cross‑team work to meet business, security, and IT obligations. You will provide consultative advice to institutions on MDOTS‑related IT matters aligned with HIM security standards, maintain governance frameworks to monitor compliance and deviations with regular post‑implementation and operational checks, and support IT budgeting and work planning for OpTech‑managed projects. You will also contribute as a collaborative team member and support SingHealth MDOTS strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as directed by IT leadership.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, IT infrastructure, or systems service delivery; candidates with higher relevant experience may be considered for a more senior role.
• Foundational knowledge of IT operations, IT security, risk management, and IT governance, with exposure to IoT/Operational Technology environments.
• Experience or familiarity with stakeholder and vendor management, and IT processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT, and familiarity with healthcare or government IT, security, and procurement policies, is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or COMIT are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong team player with good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, able to work independently, hands‑on, and effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide Support for day-to-day administration of Project Information Management Databases and systems (Engineering Database, IFS ERP System Modules, Project Completion Management System (LUCY).
• Develop and maintain IM System Reports and PowerBi reports.
• Support maintaining project Lifecycle information until Handover to Operations for the project.
• Provide support for any modification in Information Management System or enhancement projects.
• Provide admin support for all Completion activities (Mechanical Completion, Pre- commissioning, Commissioning, Preservation, Punch management activities).
• Assist in Information Management System training for Company users, client, Contractors or vendors.
• Provide support for Triparty Line walk documentation preparation and follow up activities.
• Support Completion Dossier Preparation (Mechanical Completion and
• Commissioning).
• Support data refresh for all Information Management System Reporting.
• Assist in Tag Validation, Data expedition, Data Validation & provide end user training in Engineering Database.
• Work closely with and actively support all relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Information Management or Engineering Data roles
• Experience with Engineering Databases, ERP systems (e.g., IFS), and Completion Systems
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of project lifecycle phases (Engineering to Commissioning & Handover)
• Strong data management, validation, and reporting skills
• Good communication and ability to support and train users
• Detail-oriented and able to work across multiple team

Responsibilities

• Oversee the specification, design and verification of hardware and software for our high-tech test systems.
• Define the hardware architecture and schematics based on marketing or end user requirements.
• Complete HW design in collaboration with other experts.
• Bring-up of the first prototypes, and help troubleshoot complex HW issues (noise, accuracy & bandwidth issues, jitter etc.).
• Design & develop the software features related to levels & timing calibration.
• Depending on the project you may also be in charge of the HW characterisation.
• Work closely with the FPGA and the SW team.
• Join a team of 15+ software / firmware / hardware engineers using Agile methods

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electronics & Software engineering with 10 years of experience required in HW design.
