Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer to combine technical consulting and business development. Collaborate with semiconductor clients to deliver high-precision equipment solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities including preparing quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to support business growth
• Analyze market trends and prepare regular sales and market analysis reports for management decision-making
• Secure customer orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery of products
• Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Collaborate with customers to customize products aligning with their specific project objectives
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams to ensure equipment meets technical requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel overseas for customer site visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Semiconductor industry experience preferred (not mandatory but advantageous)
