E-commerce Operation

Location: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)

Internship Type: Full-time

Work hours: 9am - 6pm Weekdays

Opportunity for full-time conversion for good candidates

• Support the development of a full-stack web application for capturing and viewing production lot test results.
• Build and enhance web pages/forms for entry, search, filtering, and basic visualization/reporting.
• Implement Python-based logic for data handling (validation, transformation, storage, retrieval).
• Design and maintain database structures (tables, relationships, indexes) to support lot/result traceability.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be immersed in the full sales and marketing lifecycle, with responsibilities that include:

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Content & Collateral Creation: Assist in developing compelling sales and marketing materials—including pitch decks, proposals, and promotional content—aligned with company goals.
• Client & Market Engagement: Participate in client meetings, promotional activities, and business development efforts to gain frontline experience.
• Strategy & Brainstorming: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and help implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, measure performance, and help compile insights to optimize future strategies.
• Lead Generation Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts through digital initiatives, networking events, and trade show support.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Organized, proactive, and full of creative ideas.
• Strong communicator, confident interacting with both teammates and clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using social media platforms professionally.
• Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns or promotions is a strong plus.
• Curious about market trends, sales strategies, and consumer behavior.
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month, full-time internship from Feb 2026

Role Summary

We are looking for highly skilled software developer interns for fast paced startup in the grid technology. If you are enthusiastic about developing real-time control systems or application level software, including data orchestration, analytics, this place is for you. 

You will be part of the team building real-time embedded software systems that control energy conversion and flow within advanced power platforms .Depending on your expertise, you’ll also contribute to the edge compute layer that provides observability, diagnostics, and analytics for these power control blocks.

We encourage students with open source projects who love to build and solve problems. Please share the details what you have built so far. 

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing real-time firmware for control of power conversion stages 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review architecture, interface definitions, and system integration plans

• Conducting hands-on validation at hardware test labs, ensuring your software performs reliably under real-world conditions

• Building and maintaining automation tools for testing, deployment, and continuous integration of embedded code

Qualifications:

• Excellent coding skills in C/C++ or Rust or Golang.

• Strong foundation of algorithms , database designs and operating system concepts. 

• Understanding of the deployment tools .

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to travel if needed.

• Ability to work in the factory/lab environment

• Currently enrolled in the university. 

Bonus Qualifications:

• Open source project contributions

• Prior experience in the energy domain or real time system development
