Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Therapy Implementation: Administer customised treatment programs that include hands-on therapeutic modalities such as therapeutic exercises, massage, hydrotherapy, and other applicable therapies based on the animal's condition and therapy plan.

• Patient Evaluation: Help to conduct thorough evaluations of patient's health status and physical condition, identifying suitable therapy plans.

• Client Communication: Clearly explain treatment plans, progress, and home-care routines to pet owners.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our team of veterinarians to ensure the best outcome for our patients.

• Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Educational: A degree in Human Physiotherapy, Veterinary Nursing, Animal Physiotherapy or Animal Science from a recognised institution. This solid foundation is crucial for the complex and rewarding work we do here.

• Certification Advantage (Preferred but not required):Additional certifications in animal rehabilitation or related fields, such as a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA) and/or Canine Hydrotherapy Certification.
