Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for office renovation and interior design projects.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, property agents, consultants, and corporate contacts.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and property management companies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for office fit-out
projects.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their office space requirements, budget, timeline, and design preferences.
• Provide professional advice on office layout planning, renovation scope, and project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments of office units.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development or sales within interior design, renovation, or office fit-out industry.
• Basic knowledge of office renovation processes and technical scope is a plus
• Ability to read basic layout plans and renovation drawings is an advantage.
